ya miss me yet, /co/?
>>90067096
Yes, A Knight's Tale was some fun cheesy mess
>>90067096
I've always missed you, Heath.
>>90067096
>tfw you'll never sleep better than Heath Ledger beneath a dream catcher
What COMIC is the worst offender for bolding/putting emphasis ON the wrong WORDS?
Pic probably unrelated I can't read the text from the thumb
is this an edit
does he actually draw like this now
>>90066923
Yup.
>>90066923
It's not an edit. The art is that bad now.
ITT: Post best versions of characters.
>>90066750
Yes this x1000
>>90066750
Sure thing, op.
"I hugged you!"
>>90066666
>homoeroticism? on my hill?
>these quints
>only one reply
>tfw Hank will never hug you
Took me forever to get around to it, but I finally saw Fantastic Planet. It was like Hieronymus Bosch animating with pastels.
What did /co/ think of it?
Pretty good. A little slow, but worth giving a watch at least once. It's a bit more entertaining when showing it to somebody new than watching alone.
>>90066287
i thought it was great. you could tell the animators did drugs, and i love that it affected their work. i wonder if the preponderance of drug induced art is more common or less common than i think
>>90066287
Pretentious.
MEANWHILE, ON CYBERPUNK /CO/...

Just watched the documentary (it was free on demand)
Movie. looked interesting. Kind of a shame it got cancelled.
Would any of you have liked to see the movie?
It would have been batshlt crazy. Especially with Chris walken AND Nic Cage.
I would've wanted it to happen just to see how it would've changed the direction the mainstream public viewed Superman, and how DC in general would've progressed in accomodating that perception.
>fucking Nicholas Cage as a mainstream face of the Man of Steel
>possible "Batman Forever"-esque sequels with less direct Burton influence
>possible "World's Finest" movie somewhere in the 2000's if those were successful
>no mediocre Donner nostalgia retread with "Superman Returns"
>no Synder cinematic murderverse as a clumsy counterweight to the public's poor reception of Routh's Superman
>no dead-on-arrival DC Cinematic Universe getting eternally BTFO by Disney's MCU
It could've been glorious.
>>90066160
It had interesting visual concepts, but that's about it. It would have been just Edward Scissorhands with aliens, to the point that even Tim Burton's initial drawings of Superman look kind of like Johnny Depp.
What would have been really great would have been Steven Spielberg or Ron Howard directing a refinement of Kevin Smith's script.
And I think Nicholas Cage would have been much better as Lex Luthor.
>>90066160
I kind of wish someone could take the scrips, concept art, etc and basically turn it into one of those direct to video animated movies. Bonus points if they could actually get Cage to voice Supes.
I've never seen Cats don't dance but after seeing a few clips I decide to watch it. This is surprisingly good. And its not even Bluth any big name. its just Turner
It's a great movie that got overshadowed
>>90066108
Turner Feature Animation was Hanna-Barbera wearing a mask. Not any slouch by industry position and ability to attract talent.
>>90066108
One of my favorite animated movies, while most remember it for Sawyer, you really cant blame them. The marketing for this movie was trash and because of that not many have heard of it.
I didn't like the first two arcs but I Am Bane has been bretty gud
>>90065880
I liked every arc thus far a lot better reading once completedthough I'm in the minority of those who loved I Am Suicide the whole way through, it appears.
>>90065910
i didn't like em as a whole but individual issues had good moments. #9 where he's putting together the squad is rad, and I liked the ventriloquist-psycho pirate moment in #13
my ultimate problem with this run so far is that it feels more story than character based. Same problem as snyder's run, except this one lacks any kind of emotional tact. Everything Batman does and says seems cold and emotionless, and I get no sense of a unique King-take on Batman but rather an empty slate. This is the first time in a long time where batman hasn't felt like batman imo
question - was that actually batman's sidekicks hanging from nooses in the batcave?
What came first, /co/, ranch or cool ranch?
Ranch?
Ranch.
In a general sense, of course.
Ranch DORITOS however, they just don't even exist. So Cool Ranch Doritos didn't "come first", they are merely the only ranch Doritos.
>>90065992
When to comes to Doritos, why is it only spicy nacho cheese and cool ranch now?
Why did they make him so slow?
Pre-speed force Wally was almost street level. That episode with the heart transplant is a direct adaption of a Baron issue.
>>90065349
When will he dump Artemis and get with Linda?
He was a hormone-addled teen, not slow
Its funny because he said a made up word
It wasn't funny, nor was it meant to be.
Notice how Morty isn't smiling.
He's borderline retarded. If even he doesn't find something funny, it's definitely not funny.
>>90064783
Morty never came off as quite as phenomenally stupid as the show often says he is. Though that might have been the intention.
That line is not meant to be funny. Things can be silly without being funny.
Did you get to where you find out what it means?
I want to live in a zoo

What would have happened if Coraline had let the Other Mother sew the buttons?
She would have eventually gotten turned into a ghost.
Something I've just noticed, two of the Other Mother's three previous victims were girls, and Coraline would've been her fourth. Does the Other Mother have a preference for girls?
other mother would get swiftly bored of her and would have recycled her into a puppet monster to lure other kids before coraline eventually went full ghost
you can't tell me that other father and other whitey had that much free will only to just be puppets created from scratch, they had souls, SOULS, so they must have been previous victims as well whose SOULS were not saved in the end
>>90064592
Could be, but it also just might've been that those were the children that happened to inhabit the house.
