How long is it acceptable to leave raw chicken out before cooking and eating it and how long is it acceptable to leave cooked chicken out and safely eat it.

How do I make sauces thicker? I like sauce a little burnt, because after I'm done cooking whatever I'm cooking, the dark caramelized bits are sweet and tangy. Is this considered bad cooking?
add starch
Depends on what kind of sauce you're making. Gravy and curry sauces: use roux (butter + flour)

Reduce for longer, or corn starch/flour.

Today we will be making healthy herbed chicken nuggers with basic mashed potatoes! Feel free to follow along.
You will need: chicken breasts, eggs, bread crumbs, wheat germ, oil, potatoes, butter, milk, red pepper flakes, basil, parsley, salt & pepper.
There will probably be no cook along next week because holidays and stuff.
>>7188247
Begin by preheating oven to 425 F and cutting chicken into 1 inch pieces like so.
>>7188282
Next beat 2 eggs with a little water in a bowl and add the chicken. In another bowl, mix bread crumbs, wheat germ and all previously mentioned spices.

>>7187261
We drink corn too.
Yes. Fresh sweet corn is fucking delicious. The corn fed to livestock is a different variety of feed corn. Nice trolling attempt though, it almost worked.
>>7187261

What did/will you make for Christmas?

This year I'm serving roast duck with cranberry-orange relish, a spinach pie (spanikopita with puff pastry instead of phylo), braised burdock root (in place of a potato dish), a loaf of challah, and one other vegetable side yet to be determined.
And I'm baking sourdough cinnamon rolls first thing in the morning.
Just got 20 pound ham out of oven. Only on rye bread and lots of mustard. Nothing left on new years eve, boring as shit but that's how i roll coming christmas time
Alright I'm looking for some creative ideas of what to do with this tube of sausage meat I got from the local supermarket. I was thinking of just putting the whole thing into the oven as is and seeing what happens. Will post follow up pictures if I have the time.
