How do I hide my silver when I'm out of the house, my family found out about it and though I trust that they'll keep away from it I think they might tell their friends and the rumor might spread leaving my house targeted.
buy a safe are you retarded
>>1964548
Fuck that, get a safety deposit box and insure it.
>>1964548
People can walk off with it and a big one costs too much.
I'm European, how should I invest my euro dollars so I don't starve to death when the currency isn't worth the paper it's printed on?
Invest in a fund that invests in the U.S. stock market.
Just invest it in the paper its printed on.

Look at what you spend money on and then find a card that rewards spending in that category.
For example, after things like housing and utilities, most of my money is spent on food. Because of that, I got the Amex Blue Cash Everyday. It gets me 3% back on groceries, 2% back on gas and a few stores, and 1% back on everything else.
Brand new to crypto

How do you guys store your money?
I'm really new to all of this. Are savings accounts a good idea? Does it matter which bank I use? Are there better, more secure options?
I use two banks: Wells Fargo for my daily needs and then Ally for my emergency fund / when I need to hold cash.
Beyond that, your money should be invested.
As for being secure, as long as your bank is FDIC insured (every major bank is) and your account is under $250k, it's completely safe. The only thing even possibly more secure is Treasury securities.
>>1964339
why $250k?
>>1964357
It's the FDIC insurance limit for a single account. You can get more covered if you use multiple account types (e.g. one in your name only and a joint account lets you have $500k) or use multiple banks, but that's a non-issue for most people.
> This genius will make us all billionaires.
I don't understand, why would anyone not give him their life savings?

I know you're trying to be edgy but Vitalik is a genious level autist, and the only person in the crypto community (apart from Gavin Wood) who actually tries to innovate.
>>1964200
Because you'll go to hell for supporting the globalists, you damn interdimensional child molestor... GOD DAMN YOU I'M SICK OF IT!!!!!!
jokes aside, vitalik is an autist, but also a genius, he's trying to build the next internet, and in his sparetime he is developing a programming language to work with it, and he has already gained reputation from massive banks and it companies.
It has potential at the very least, and they can see it aswell.
always bet on the autist, bill gates was a beta male loser, and he's now the richest man on earth.
Is it possible for every country in the world to be highly developed and wealthy? By wealthy, I mean at least Italy-tier. What stops poor countries from becoming richer?
>>1964172
> By wealthy, I mean at least Italy-tier.
So still third world?
>>1964172
>what stops poor countries
Poor resource management, overpopulation, irresponsible behavior that developed countries aren't permitted to attempt to improve for fear of racism
>can they be wealthy too
Sure, but they'd need massive changes, with the most problematic usually being population control. Once rich countries get angry enough to ban pajeets, ivans, and pacos from coming over to siphon money back home with them, that will probably be a massive catalyst to force change.
>>1964172
>at least Italy-tier
A country with 50% youth unemployment, brutal deflation, economic stagnation for a decade, mafia, corruption in every sphere of life and many villages without electricity?
That's not hard to achieve.
Im trying to figure out ways to make some side money, preferably with something im interested in. I figured if some of you had some succesful stories to share it may get my neurons firing...

Why does is seem like management consulting has overtaken i banking, in terms of being the "go-to" career option for recent college grads?
Banks have longer hours, sure, but they pay more and teach you better skills, especially financial modelling.
Furthermore, wouldn't the fact that you worked at a bank prove that you can work for 80-100 hours per week and make you seem even more valuable to future employers?
I'm an econ student at a top 10 college and all my classmates seem to get hard at the thought of working for McKinsey, BCG or Bain. Surely Goldman Sachs or JP Morgan would be better, r-right?
Just Keep trying hard
>>1963986
Management consulting is much more useful than financial modeling/M&A if you are starting a business.
Bank pay has dropped so much that management consulting is the best choice, unless your dream is to work for a hedge fund which are not doing so good right now.

Hello,
I'm going to invest in some young folks at my local hackerspace that want to sell some stuff. I'll basically borrow them 500€ to 1000€. What would be a good way to make a fair deal with them.
Give them 500€ and then
>10% on their returns, as soon as they make more than 500€?
Or simply some fixed amount?
Thanks.
Offer them the priviledge of being able to continue doing business with you
>>1963983
I'm mostly asking what to charge for my money.
Are those just regular people or are we talking business entities here? Are you dealing with a company or a private person?
Ripple is about to take off. Get your free cash now!
>>1963945
Xrp is a long term thing. I don't think it will suddenly moon like last time (that huge peak on your graph). It may just go up a small amount.
>>1963945
The price is being manipulated to stay between 2700-2900. Banks don't like volatility.
Ripple is being used by banks to test blockchain technology, and as >>1963951 said, banks absolutely hate volatility.
sell your dumb ripple coins, it's being controlled by central banks, and it will never go beyond any significant amount and it will never be used for anything but testing

Buy bitcoin on localbitcoins, trade bitcoin for BitBay on Bittrex. Cash out 100x in a year.
http://bitbay.market
You give it to other people who have a wallet.
That transaction is powered/verified by other users called miners, who devote computing power to the task in exchange for small amounts of the currency.
If you if you think you might be into the technicals like block chains and hashes then just watch a YouTube video, if it's interesting, then just torrent any free pdf on the subject
