You guys do realize that everyday there are multiple stocks that have 30% returns? I wouldnt even say they are good for long term, because ive seen stocks that have a 200% return a year.

Yeah you can probably make similar gains to crypto in the penny stock world.

ETH is minable but Hybrid PoS & PoW has been announced, full PoS being the objective. You mine ETH running ethash (dagger-hashimoto) on several GPUs.
You should buy ETH instead of trying to mine. depending on where you live and your contract, electricity may cost a lot.
If you're asking this you're probably not intelligent enough to start trying mine cryptos anyway.
This place is awful.
From what i can tell theres really only two kinds of people on this board. Rich professionals gambling on crypto and poor neets and wagekeks trying to get rich quick.
Most posts are about stupid crypto coin scams. Just coin devs literally shilling their newest pump coin. The poor neets actually take the bait here sometimes and get cleaned out buying in at the wrong side of the pumps.

It's a tricky question because it's a tricky subject. Salary is a negotiation and they're letting you make the first move. You want to start a little higher than you expect to get, and when they scoff at the amount you tell them why your initial number is justified, then you both come to an agreement on the final amount.
