>been traiding stocks all my life
>start seeing all this crypto coin shilling
>start to wonder if im missing out
>look at the gains for ETH
>9% return is considered mooning for crypto traders
You guys do realize that everyday there are multiple stocks that have 30% returns? I wouldnt even say they are good for long term, because ive seen stocks that have a 200% return a year.
>>1962393
Disregard those retards, ETH goes up 2% you can already see 15 le moon shill threads. Unless it's 50% fuck off niggers.
>>1962393
Yeah you can probably make similar gains to crypto in the penny stock world.
I guess it's just 15 year olds who sunk their only $100 dollars into some crypto at the peak and think posting about it on here will cause the price to rise more.
The future is crypto buy now or be poor eternally
>TFW you found out your parents lied on their resume to get their current jobs
>He doesn't lie constantly
You do realize lying is a key attribute of a highly successful person in 2017, right?
>>1962389
But what if an employer finds out?
>>1962390
In what fucking world?
When I got my first job I lied about my experience because I was basically forced too, but I knew how to do everything that experience implied. No one looks into something like that after they hire you.
What is a good lastname for business purposes? I don't want to be associated with my family anymore.

I've got 15 grand in the bank, and that's it.
How do I turn it into more money? I can't work this dead end job anymore. I just want to die.
I don't see why you have anything to complain about, you can afford kneepads with superconducting magnetic levitation cushioning.

What exactly qualifies as insider trading? I want to invest in an incredibly talented relatives business because he literally can't fail at anything he does. Would this count as unfair confidential info?
No, that's fine. Insider trading would be if he gave you confidential information not available to the public
>>1962188
What if he is pretending to be retarded? Just hypothetically
>>1962197
It would be up to a judge, but I think that would count as insider trading, yes.
Seriously, what is your excuse?
You like being poor?
You do realise that you could be earning $$$ right now just for running a program on your computer and doing some minimal network and CPU allocation?
Step up your game, /biz/.
could give me a step for step guide of doing it. Thanks.
>promising low risk for high return
Seems legit.

Hey /biz/. I am new to cryptocurrencies and I want to start with ETH. But I have some questions.
First of all, is ETH even minable and if yes how do I mine?
>>1961943
what's your gpu?
>>1961953
AMD Radeon R9 200 Series
>>1961943
ETH is minable but Hybrid PoS & PoW has been announced, full PoS being the objective. You mine ETH running ethash (dagger-hashimoto) on several GPUs.
You should buy ETH instead of trying to mine. depending on where you live and your contract, electricity may cost a lot.
If you're asking this you're probably not intelligent enough to start trying mine cryptos anyway.
This place is awful.
From what i can tell theres really only two kinds of people on this board. Rich professionals gambling on crypto and poor neets and wagekeks trying to get rich quick.
Most posts are about stupid crypto coin scams. Just coin devs literally shilling their newest pump coin. The poor neets actually take the bait here sometimes and get cleaned out buying in at the wrong side of the pumps.
3 kinds, the third one being people complaining about this board. Have threads like these multiple times a week. Just leave if you don't like it here.
>>1961871
Put on a few filters if you aren't interested in crypto it's pretty easy and helps a lot

I've been trying to at least bring up some short volatility/options discussion in the last few weeks,
I at least post a blog in addition to yelling at crypto shills

SWT is the coin the open source community has been working towards for a non-fractionalized society economy. A place where people can interact with a true decentralized meme and own their own business for trade instead of serfdom with the oppressive uber meme. Uh uh, that should not be our future. SWT is kind of under the radar now so it’s the perfect time to get in for the long haul and immediately for some short term gains before it gets added to Poloniex where it will be gobbled up and all you’ll see then is that big buy wall.
Real world usage – Take a look at Swarm City Boardwalk which is expected to be released very soon. That will be the market to execute deals using SWT in a peer to peer environment. Why give up all your coins to whales and devs when what we all want is a way for us to make money in a sustainable way. All ships float to the top. It’s uber, but for all of us. Think about it, you can literally trade for a ride using a # hashtag
Some links for more info

Pick up your SWT now on Bittrex, or use eth or dollars on Changelly
Circulating supply overall currently is 4,282,846 SWT
Yeah definitely in. Been following for several weeks and I've seen that everytime it's pumped, it goes to an even higher level. Previous ones have been up to 28k sats, then 46k, then 69k, and this next one will probably be 90k-100k sats. Good luck!
>>1961857
Looks sound. I'm buying some. Seems like it's had very steady growth the past few days
Unemployed Quant here with too much time to kill. Ask me to backtest any fundamental or technical analysis strategy you always wanted to test, double check (or call bullshit on) but were too afraid to ask, and I will post the results.
Will be here until thread dies.
...I'd really like to know just how bullshit or not binary options are for both the person buying and writing them.
>>1961848
Macro or Micro? What college?
>>1961863
As long as your broker is government regulated, is a domestic operation, and separates customer funds from their business operations, what profit and loss you make on binary options is entirely up to you.
>tfw wagecuck
show me the way out /biz/ I'm ready to off myself

You wage cucks think you have it bad. Try being an unemployed neet.
A few months of sitting around not doing anything and you will be begging to wagecuck again.

Basically this.
We should meet up irl and hang ourselves together.
So I got an offer for an entry job as an electric engineer in a mine. Question is, what is the american entry salary for an electrical engineer.
>>1961654
This is because they have asked me how much I want to win but sounds like a tricky question.
So...someone?
America is a big place. What state/county? Salaries vary wildly from one region to another.
Do you have any experience at all other than your degree?
Do you have any additional skills that you can market to your employer (like hazard training, completed courses in geology, etc.)?
It's a tricky question because it's a tricky subject. Salary is a negotiation and they're letting you make the first move. You want to start a little higher than you expect to get, and when they scoff at the amount you tell them why your initial number is justified, then you both come to an agreement on the final amount.
Why is 90% of this board now dedicated to gambling on cryto currencies?
> He thinks I won't see a 100% increase MINIMUM this year on my BitBay holdings
Baka
>>1961618
It's not gambling when I have insider info on which coins is gonna pump
>>1961618
If this was 1998 then most of this board would be dedicated to making shitloads of money from the .com boom.
If you're not getting in on the crypto boom now then you're a retard.
