Does anyone have experience selling products on Amazon? Found amazingsellingmachine a couple of days ago and started looking into it but it just seems too good to be true. What's the catch?
9 posts and 1 images submitted.
>>
the catch is that it was already saturated 3 years ago, and it is almost impossible to do it right now.

Ofc you could resell cheap shit from fucking china but theres millions of people doing that
>>
>>1962164

you can get amazing selling machine for free (i did).

I tried it but my niche was too broad and it was too hard to properly advertise (i was selling fashion jewelry).

let me know if you have questions and no I dont do it anymore but i would probably try again if i wasnt lazy.

Anyone work in the mortgage industry?

I have an odd situation. A mortgage company called Cenlar FSB paid my real estate property tax for 2016 (about $2,500USD).

The thing is, I don't have a mortgage. I bought my house cash. I've never had a loan, the title is clear, no lien, no second mortgage (unless somehow someone took one out without me ever knowing, which I don't know if thats possible).

So yeah, my home is 100% clear, and I own the title, yet out of no where, some mortgage company pays my 2016 taxes. I wasn't late or delinquent on my taxes either.

Any ideas why the company would do this? I kind of want to ignore it and not have to pay the $2,500.00, but if it turns out they have set up some account and sharked my taxes, then plan to bill me with late fees or something later...but I can't imagine that is legal or possible as I don't have a lender.

This company has a mountain of lawsuits against it for force-placed insurance and dual tracking.

Any insight would be helpful.

Yeah, I would check into it anon. People can file to put liens against your house without your knowledge.

Why don't you just call them instead of asking a taiwanese body painting appreciation bloackboard on the internet?

Well because if one of their third party tax service subsidiaries fucked up and paid my shit by accident, I don't want to tip them off. This might end up in the write-off bin.

UK here, how do I get on the property ladder?

I want to cut through the crap and hear from the UK anons who have recently or have bought their house - and how they did it, with how much, and how easy it was.

We (gf and I) have savings, but need saving / finance and scheme type tips to maximise the affordability of a property. England outside of London.

The real question is how do you sell £400,000 of your BTC holdings without incurring any tax.

The median price paid by millionaires for their most recent acquisition was only $31,367. The typical price paid by decamillionaires was $41,997.

Yet thousands of people in my town drive BMWs, Audis and similar cars that often cost more than $30000.
Does this mean I live amongst thousands of milloinaires!?

No, it does not. It means you live among people who live outside their means.

How do I into crypto currencies?

But where do you get information on what to buy or sell?
With stock market and normal currencies you have some reference points what will probably happen, like quaterly reports or central bank statements and such. With crypto you do what? Look at graphs and hope for the best?
>>
>>1961781

>Look at graphs and hope for the best

No, it's like a little like a pyramid scheme at this point.
Get in early and then shill the fuck out of your coin to get others in on it.

At some point one crypto will probably take off and become a widely-accepted currency. That crypto will blow the fuck up, and basically every new crypto is trying to become that. But the truth is that only one crypto will actually achieve that status. So until then just treat it as a pyramid scheme.

At age of 25 i am new to the whole investment and personal finance world and aside from putting money in an ETF and 401k I am learning about government bonds. Are they worth it?

I have a weird feeling the market will crash and I want to learn about safer ways to protect my savings / invest.
53 posts and 9 images submitted.
>>
Depends on the government. U.S. government bonds are considered the safest investment vehicle there is. At 25, you want your bond allocation to be pretty low though.
>>
>>1961635
I have considered bonds too, the trouble is bonds are really bad investments at the moment. They offer historically low interest rates. If you buy into these and interest rates go up you will lose out. If the American economy continues to do well then an interest rate rise may be considered. Stock options arem ore risky and volatile so it depends on the level of risk you are willing to take.
>>
Oh yeah, keep in mind that in addition to savings bonds, there are treasury securities. 10-year Treasury notes are a market staple.

Reminder that Bitcoin or any other cryptocurrency will get shut down if it ever poses a threat to fiat money. Do you nerds honestly think the federal reserve is just gonna sit by while you buttfuck them and take away their power?

One of these will happen:
a) Ban crypto worldwide and replace existing goverments in countries that don't comply.
b) Infiltrate the crypto community and bring it down.

If you want to keep your money, don't do longterm investment in cryptocurrency that wants to replace fiat. It will never happen.

Good luck shutting PIVX down lol
>>
Reminder that this is a non-issue, because normal people don't give a shit about cryptocurrency.

All it will ever be in regards to money is a method of transferring fiat currency (e.g. USD -> BTC -> send -> BTC -> USD). People thinking it's going to replace fiat are delusional.

Only delusional libertarians think crypto is going to replace fiat. It would lose all advantages if it became the primary currency of a major country, bcause it would be heavily regulated and fractional reserved out the ass.
We will be fine.

VIDEO GAME HUB:

A website/app/hub that’ll connect the entire gaming world together, so all gamers can easily play games with each other, by discovering which multiplayer matches are available for all video games. Rather than inserting a video game to see which multiplayer matches are available for it, users will simply be able to go to the hub, choose a specific video game they’re curious about, and check which multiplayer matches are available for the video game.

Something as simple as this could dramatically increase the replay value of nearly all video games with online multiplayer, as simple awareness of available matches could get interested to play older games.

Goals:

+Work with XBL and PSN, so that every multiplayer game available will be automatically registered to the hub. Do something similar with PC games.

+Create a system where it’ll show the most played games. Users can find out what are the total most played games online, or filter it by platform. This will also help users find out what older games are being played.

+Create an all-in-one emulator for the PC. Work deals with major video game companies, to allow their older consoles be available for emulation, and establish a proper multiplayer network for those emulators. Online multiplayer for everybody’s old favorite games will attract a significant amount people. Our game-tracking service will also be much better explored in this all-in-one emulator, if done.

+Let users subscribe to updates (text message/email/social media alerts/etc) when preferred gametypes, maps, etc are available. Let the default mode of this be a brilliant system that won’t get users information overload by an annoying bombardment of text updates. Be influenced by apps for sports teams, and how they figured out how to update you in a way that wasn’t annoying.

+Create a system that’ll allow users to broadcast what match they’re in

For a console system I really support it. It convinces users they need it without actually needing it. It solves a problem and it unifies the base. Biggest questions are how to maintain it and how to make it profitable but it's a well fleshed out idea.
