hello friends, i need your help
i am working on an assingment, i am doing a presentation about social problems for young people, focused on drug abuse. i need few things.
do you have any experience with drugs (also legal drugs - alcohol and tobacco), underaged or young adult, do you condone taking drugs, what is your opinion on it and what do you think that people can do about it.

need help either an image or info will do
from the monogatari series, theres a scene where araragi is having a convo with SOMEONE about hanging out with middle school girls.
theres a brief shot with him sitting with a harem of shadowed out middle schoolers from other shaft anime. the madoka girls are there and i think some of zetsubou senseis students are there. problem is i cant remember the episode or who he was talking to. anyone know? or better yet just have the image?

Should I play the VN or re-watch it?
The last time I watched it was when it aired, and honestly I don't really remember much. Want to try it out again since I don't think I took in much of it also because it's been such a long time.

I've only ever played the VN so I can't really compare. but the VN is definitely great.

Definitely play the visual novel. I like both, but the VN offers a lot more in terms of depth. You'll get a lot more of Okabe's thought processes during the whole thing, which make it more interesting, as well as a bunch of other little things the anime cut out since it has a limited amount of time to tell things. So you'll be getting more out of it from the "re-play".
I do have to mention though that getting the True End is literally impossible, so look that up online after finishing one or most of the routes. Or just use this Pastebin I made for a friend a while back: https://pastebin.com/2V2xwxCU
These are answers you'll be giving to texts from Kurisu throughout the game. Note that some of the answers will be worded slightly different because translation differences.

When watching streams (twitch/netflix in particular) whatever I'm watching will start buffering every few seconds. This only happens in the evening though, while online gaming is completely unaffected. I ran a speed test just now while the lag is insufferable and, accordingly, I get exactly what I pay for (30/10 mbit - 11ms). Downloading also seems to run every bit as fast in the evening as any other time of the day, it's literally only streaming services that are affected. Browser type doesn't seem to matter either. Chrome lags, Firefox lags.

Is there anything at all I can do about this, or am I just gonna have to accept watching 144p in the evening as my lot in life? Windows 10, if relevant.

from my experience the most used sites are buffering alot. i am not into netflix and stuff but for me changing the source always changed the lag.
also try installing more then one internet browser. they all come with some handy features.
you should not have to accept 144p in the civilized parts of the world.
your download rate is more then enough for good video quality stream.

Your ISP could be over-utilized. Or you are simply accessing streaming services at peak times this usually applies to DSL companies it is required to have at least 6 mbs to comfortably watch streaming services.

i need help!
When i connect my laptop to my hdtv i get fps drop to like 20-30. but when just using my laptop its 150.
the laptop fan doesn't come on at all when playing, all the game settings are low. i turn off my laptop screen when plugged into the tv, so 2 display aren't running.
what should i do? because my laptop should be able to handle it

Could it be that your TV only supports 30 fps? If it's an off-brand TV or a very cheap one that could be the case. Otherwise, check your graphics card settings to see if it's throttling HDMI output
