i need help!
When i connect my laptop to my hdtv i get fps drop to like 20-30. but when just using my laptop its 150.
the laptop fan doesn't come on at all when playing, all the game settings are low. i turn off my laptop screen when plugged into the tv, so 2 display aren't running.
what should i do? because my laptop should be able to handle it

Could it be that your TV only supports 30 fps? If it's an off-brand TV or a very cheap one that could be the case. Otherwise, check your graphics card settings to see if it's throttling HDMI output
