Hey guys, /co/ here
I've been hanging around this guy who's recently opened up a hobby stand in a marketplace pretty close to my house
He markets himself as kind of a sports collectibles/rare coins or silver shop, but in the last two weeks 50% or more of his sales has come from either Yu-Gi-Oh! or Pokémon cards
Half an hour ago, a guy came in who was super knowledgeable about magic and sold him about 150 cards for $20
And we're running out of ygo stock fast, lotta teens coming in picking up 5-10 cards which are mostly priced 50 cents or a dollar
So I got to thinking, what if I buy ygo cards myself, sell them to this guy for double or maybe more, and he can keep having a good stock
I figured the most profitable way for me to do it was to buy $8 decks + a pack from a local shop I go to, but anyone have any other suggestions or tips?

>He's not that knowledge about non sports items, but he's leaning about Pokémon EXs because they sell well
>He also sells 80s comics, which is what got me to stop at the shop the first time

Need help upgrading RAM on laptop
It has a 2GB stick of this:

Want to buy 2x4GB of RAM with the same compatibilities. Dont want to mess up and buy something wrong like with the wrong pin positions etc.

Going from 2GB to anything that's more than 2GB makes a massive difference. The OS takes up 1.75GB, so you go from 0.25GB of RAM for yourself to 2.25GB and suddenly you have disk cache, programs running out of RAM instead of the swapfile, and a much faster computer.

That's DDR2 666MHz. It's pretty-much inpossible to find DDR2 slower than that, so any DDR2 you get will work fine.
I wouldn't bother with 8GB though: 4GB DDR2 sticks are really rare and expensive, and they've held their value really well. You're looking at $120 for 8GB, but just $15 for 4GB (or $30 if you want to replace your existing stick).
All memory in your system runs at the same speed, so if you get one stick of DDR2-800, it will run at 666 because your other stick would not work if the memory were set to 800. You could replace the existing stick with an 800 (or faster), but there's probably not $15 worth of point in doing so.

Hello, I want to edit drawings and whatnot to look like this style, the old anime or old cartoon look. I don't mean the drawing style per se but I want to know how to edit images to look like they aired on tv during the 80s or 90s with the faded colors and whatnot. I'm using photoshop but if anyone knows how to make it look like this in any way it'd be helpful. Sorry for also not being clearer on the style, I don't know how to describe it other than the 80s-90s anime/cartoon look.

there's no real trick to it, you could download some lightroom 80s filters/presets or ps actions if you want but i don't know if they work well on drwins, maybe just learn color theory and use a 4:33 ration + tons of noise and "old" textures on top.

Just really, really study the colors and art style, learn to re-create it since there's no real "trick" to it.
And like the other person said, a light pop or noise filter on top would help too, but most of it can't just be done via filter. Good luck!

I need a little help finding a song I used to listen to about 4/5 years ago but after repeated attempts to search the lyrics (different variations as well) and failing I'm hoping this will work.
Bit of a stretch but the only lyrics I remember are:
"oh the heavens, the heavens, on me

Btw its not a religious song, kinda electro pop and it was sung by a male. If it rings a bell in anyone head and they know the song I would be very grateful as it's been bugging me for a looooong time :)

You could try Video Girl Ai. It's 90s, not recent, but it's pretty good up until the last episode when it goes batshit crazy.

Every TV backend is set up differently.
XBMC doesn't actually have TV support; what it supports is being a client for other programs that do client/server TV, such as MythTV.
You need to find one of those that you like and supports your card, then get it working, then connect XBMC to it.
The advantage is that you don't need to have XBMC running to record programs, and you can view live TV on any device, not just the one with the card.

Glide isn't conjugated in either sentence. In the first, it's a participle, which is a verbal adjective, modifying "dwelling". In the second sentence, it's in the infinitive. In neither case does it affect the tense of the sentence as a whole.

For example, what websites can I get art from? I usually get my high quality images from 4chan and other imageboards and recently found out about pixiv. What are some other websites for good art? And is the pixiv subscription worth it?
What about doujin? I know of exhentai, what are other important sources from that?
When it comes to downloading things, there is nyaa of course. What other websites are just as important?
Any forums or imageboards that you'd recommend?

So, been having issues with w10 screenshots and printscreen. I can copy things and post to a chat but if I had taken a screenshot it ignores whatever I had copied and posts a screenshot of my computer to the chat and I can erase it. Is there anyway to avoid this? I'd love to not accidentally post a screenshot with porn tabs or something when I accidentally post my screenshot.
