I wanted to buy a good quality PC microphone for few years now and my budget finally allows me to do that. My friend bought this C-1 Behringer U couple of years ago and I must say the quality is very good, but are there any others that are even better in quality?
I don't own any professional tools to record sound, just my computer.
I heard that to get a good quality out of microphone, you have to get a sound card to the PC as well, is that true?
I don't want the mic to have any bonuses like voice changer or whatever, I will use it mainly for talking to people online, recording videos and recording my own voice on a pc.

Can someone find the original, non-cropped version of these two images? Or the artist's name?
I tried using the usual search engines, but since it's cropped, I couldn't find anything. Thanks in advance!

Thanks! How did you find it?
The last few times I've tried turning on my computer, I see this glitchy pixelated mess after the Windows logo pops up, and after a little while my monitor just turns off.
What's your diagnosis, /wsr/?
>>301134
monitor prolly broke
>>301134
Graphics card is dead.
>>301154
You can test this by switching on the PC and not the monitor, leaving it a while, and then turning the monitor on.
If the monitor "prolly broke", you'll see the login screen and then the shitting-up process will start.
If it's a problem with the PC, you won't see a picture at all.
>>301134
The best way to diagnose hardware problems is to have spare parts. It could be a result of failure anywhere from your gpu to the drive your OS is on, or not be a hardware problem at all.
Eliminate the common problems. First, try different cables. If a second HDMI gives you the same problem, you know it's not the HDMI cable. Then try a VGA cable or something. If it's still fucky, you'll know that it's neither the HDMI port in your card nor monitor, so it could be somewhere else. Then try it with another monitor. Maybe a tv if you don't have one. Still borked, you'll know it's something in your computer. Try booting from a live USB with ubuntu or some shit. If it doesn't fuck up there, it's a problem with software or your drive. Then you can try a new drive with a fresh install and up to date drivers.
Obviously, it'll take some time and resources but the more possibilities you eliminate, the closer to the answer you are, or at the least, the more info we have to help you
What is this kind of "style" (i guess)is called??
Something like the girls at the right side...?
I do not like this new style
No clue but I like it
Super quick and easy favor for a citation I need to update? Dallas News recently changed its website and didn't update its archives and is now being a nigger counting search results as article views, so I can't get to the stupid url of the article I need to verify (not even read): "Molly Ivins 1944-2007"
So can somebody simply click the link of the article on top here and then post the url they are sent to? It's a javascript redirect (like I said: niggers) so you can't just look at the referring page.
If the page you are sent to redirects to a paywall, can you try to grab the article itself's url before the redirect? If the page you are sent to is only an article snippet protected by a paywall, that's fine, as long as its url is a permalink to that article.
Thanks a bunch. In return, I guess I'll post something about niggers.
>>301058
Oh fuck, here's the site with the search results with the link to click: it's the first (and only) result:
http://nl.newsbank.com/nl-search/we/Archives?p_product=DM&p_theme=dm&p_action=search&p_maxdocs=200&s_hidethis=no&p_field_label-0=Author&p_text_label-0=hoppe&p_field_label-1=title&p_bool_label-1=AND&p_text_label-1=humor&p_field_label-2=Section&p_bool_label-2=AND&s_dispstring=molly%20ivins%20AND%20byline(hoppe)%20AND%20headline(humor)%20AND%20date(all)&p_field_advanced-0=&p_text_advanced-0=(%22molly%20ivins%22)&xcal_numdocs=40&p_perpage=20&p_sort=YMD_date:D&xcal_useweights=no
Click the link, pleeeeease?
I promise it's not a virus! I mean, the Dallas Morning Herald is a blood-leeching parasite, sure, but that's different from a virus.
Anybody? This is like the easiest request ever -- click a link, post the directed url. I can't do it because Texas niggers can't build a website and paywalled my IP.
Are there any animes as stupid as Code Geass?

Any graphic design homies willing to help me identify this font? I am looking to recreate the shirt for a gift to a friend (the original shirt is pretty rare). There are not many photos of the shirt out there and this is the best one I can find.
This is the only other photo of the shirt I can find and its pretty unhelpful.
The closest I've found so far is Arial Narrow in bold italic but its not as condensed as in the original.
Pretty much any sans bold italic/oblique?
Closest one I had installed was Free Sans.
Hello, Anons.
I need to make a Pepe request.
I work for a pool company, and we use this app called Slack. It's basically twitter, but privet, and for businesses.
My boss said we all need avatars, so I've been using pic related, but I want something that more accurately shows what I actually do. So I'm asking for a Pool Boy Pepe, where he has pool vacuum hoses, a pole, maybe near a pool, stuff like that. I'll post some other pictures showing some items I use regularly.
Thanks!

I'm looking for video game recommendations for the following consoles:
>Xbox 360
>Wii
>Wii U
Exclusive titles are strongly preferred.
Multiplats are okay if the "superior" version is for one of the above systems (this isn't too improbable; certain early multiplats performed better on Xbox 360 than PS3).
Ports/Remakes of older games are also okay if there are considerable additions/improvements.
What I like:
>RPGs
>story-driven content
>puzzles
>platformers
>fighters
I am open to other genres, though. Apparently Xbox 360 has a lot of shmups, and I'd be willing to try.
What I specifically dislike:
>shooters (please no cawadoody)
>racing
>sports
>>300906
>360
Tales of Vesperia.
>Wii
Arc Rise Fantasia (the gameplay is good, the voice acting is terrible).
Rune Factory if you like relaxing stuff.
Sengoku Basara: Samurai Heroes. Seriously, that's good shit.
Bayonetta, if that's a thing there.
>Wii U
Bayonetta 2 is the only I know of.
Breath of the Wild for Wii U if you haven't already (Switch is not superior)

I am proud of you son, you did not let me down.
I'm working on an HTML project for my Web Development Class, about to submit it, and I'm getting an odd validation error on one of my html documents.
The validator is having an issue with one of my <p> tags, even though it is recognized within Notepad++.
Here's the section of code:
<h2><a>Related Park News</a></h2>
<p id="news">
<div id="link1">
<a href="http://www.stonemountainpark.com/">Stone Mountain Park</a>
<p class="hide" id="link1p" >At Stone Mountain, you can see the world's largest bas-relief, with famous Confederate figures, like Stonewall Jackson!</p>
</div> <br>
<div id="link2">
<a href="https://www.lakecompounce.com/">Lake Compounce</a>
<p class="hide" id="link2p" >Lake Compounce is the oldest currently running amusement park in the US, opened way back in 1846!</p>
</div> <br>
<div id="link3">
<a href="https://www.sixflags.com/newengland">Six Flags New England</a>
<p class="hide" id="link3p" >Six Flag's New England park is commonly known as the "Coaster Capital of New England"!</p>
</div> <br>
</p>
Here's what the w3schools html validator is saying:
Error: No p element in scope but a p end tag seen.
From line 71, column 4; to line 71, column 7
> <br>↩ </p>↩ ↩ ↩
Pic related is a screenshot of Notepad++ recognizing the connected tags.
Thanks for any help!
Can't know without the full code. You're probably missing another p tag on top or something.
Use pastebin.
thats an easy one, you cannot nest <p>s
>>300894
Try this one. If your problem is that you need an id for your line right there, I think you can use a label to tag it. You could also use the "a" tag, and correct any style errors using the css.

Need help with mi home work, why the world war 1 started?
Thanks
>>300790
Is this bait?
>>300790
Very very complicated.
After the industrial revolution, all the major powers had new toys to play with: engines, airplanes, rifles, bombs, gas, advanced concrete, ironclad warships,...
Everyone kinda though "well if I don't attack, the others probably will someday".
All powers felt like they were the biggest fuckers in the room. And they all gave guarantees to their allies: if you go to war, we will help!
That was the general atmosphere, very tense and ready to play, since nobody expected how disatrous these new weapons would be.
So, in these tense times, the Germans were allied with the Austrian-Hungarians.
In 1914, Serbian guy in Sarajevo killed Franz Ferdinand, who would have inherited the throne.
Following this, the Germans gave them a guarantee: if you are in a war, we will help.
Soon after, Austro-Hungary set an ultimatum to Serbia: apologize, give money, etc.
Russia decided to give guarantees to Serbia, like Germany gave to Austria.
Serbia decided "fuck this ultimatum" and mobilized their tropps.
Austria mobilized their troops. Austria declared war and took a few shots at Serbia, prompting Russia to mobilize to fulfill their promises to Serbia.
So Germany said, hey Russia, fuck off or we will have war, and by the way, France, you stay neutral or we will fuck you over as well.
Both of them told Germany to fuck off and mobilized their armies. Germany mobilized as well, and declared war on Russia.
They also allied with another force, the Osmanic Empire (Turkey).
Meanwhile, the British got nervous and strenghtened their fleet while the mainland was brooding.
They decided they would help France if it came to war.
Since France ignored the request to stay neutral and instead got their troops ready, Germany decided to take out the biggest threat first and declared war on France.
This resulted in an ultimatum from the British to Germany, which Germany ignored.
Therefore, the British declared war on Germany.
That's the basic gist of how it started

GO to wiki, type in "world war 1" and read.
