Make the inverse of G(x), you do that by stting the g(x), which for an x is the function's result- in other words its y, as y and form the resulting equation y=5/ 2x+8 so that x is alone on one side, the other side then is your inverted function- for which you can then swap x and y around again so you put in an x again, not an y (doesn't formally change anything, just pure variable renaming) .

AoB = A(B(x)), with a given value x put it first in B, then use this result as input for A.
In this case there no specific value, so put in the whole inverted G as x into H and simplify.

I made the poster that you see part of there a bit back, the client have recently got in touch with me asking for the font I used...
It was definitely a full font.. I've refreshed my font library since then so I don't fall into repetitive habits

My BIOS is made by AMI and is version 2.17.1429
I updated it not too long ago with a file from Sager support to fix an issue unrelated to the beeping, which was happening at the same time.
None of the beeps in the AMI section seem to fit mine because it lasts until the laptop shuts itself off. Possibly because of what >>347506 said.
Also, to confirm a suspicion, I tested a little more to see that it only beeps during startup AFTER it shuts down from my games, but not after a clean restart. It still beeps when I go into BIOS though, and stops beeping a few seconds after I leave it.

I really thought it wouldnt be a temperature issue. Although right now my CPU and GPU are sitting at 43 Celcius while idle according to 3 sensors, so maybe I've done a shit job of cleaning my fans lately. I figured spraying air into them would be good enough. The fans arent even running right now either.
I could be sitting at the loading screen for Skyrim or anything else and the alarms would still go off. Its only ever overheat once and it handled that by just turning itself off with no beeping.

I'll clean them out again though and try to do it more thoroughly this time.

I tried a couple of characters. It's a lot of work and the end result doesn't look that great anyway.
