Help me find something good to watch on youtube, /wsr/

I'm done with the NLSS since I can't stand any of their personalities (save for BaerTaffy). I want to watch something relatively chill, intelligent & self aware, but I guess it doesn't necessarily have to be games stuff (but as for games, I like RPGs, fantasy genre, and strategy games if it matters). A few things I don't really like are twitch (and the culture surrounding it), and the dubstep "hey what is up guys etc. etc." scene. I also don't care for FPS games.

Sorry I'm picky, but I'm confident that something exists that is right up my alley, even if it's one of those really small but really golden youtube channels. I love those. Some other (more popular) things I've been entertained by in the past are PaperBatVG's youtube content in like 2010, the HappyConsoleGamer, and Hamish & Andy.

Normally I like to watch things on youtube while eating. Thanks in advance, everyone who recommends something.

I'd also like to watch content that is continually being produced so I can keep watching it (that's why I enjoyed those commentary sort of channels I suppose), does anyone have any suggestions like that?
