We're never gonna get a perfect pokemon game with no flaws. Just accept it already.
The problem with pokemon is that it needs to appeal to a huge audience: kids, casuals, adults, autismos, you name it. This means that nobody will ever be completely satisfied, except maybe kids.
There are two ways we can get a perfect pokemon game:
1) Gamefreak decides to make two completely different versions, one for kids and one for adults (it will never happen)
2) As years pass by, kids lose interest in pokemon and it becomes a game for quirky adults (this will happen eventually).

Here's mine.
I want the next gen to take place in Australia due to the abundance of weird as fuck animals and folk-lore, so I looked at one of the mythical creatures and it is called Yara-Ma-Yha-Who and it touches you with it's suction cups and absorbs you, then it spits you out and you become one, it's a fucking bizarre and awesome concept, so I thought of this move.
Changing Touch

PP: 8
Changes the target's typing to the user's.
It would work well on a dragon/ghost type.

Psychic type, 10 PP, and scrambles the base stats of the target. Reversed after battle, of course.
Iron Maiden-
Steel type, 15 PP, and is a trapping move that deals constantly increasing steel damage. Kinda like constrict, and has the same properties asides from the above fact.

I wasn't expecting much but,
- the animation is pretty good, and apart from Ash, who still looks kinda weird to me, the character designs are great
- the whole school thing seems to be only one of the aspects of the plotline, as it seems like Ash is taking the island challenge too
- the characters sound interesting
- Ash looks competent so far
- the comedy bits are not overblown and quite suitable
- the girls are very cute
PM has already subbed episode 1, watch it, it's nice
So it's actually good after all?

My team so far. I just hatched a Bounsweet a while ago. Used the one from the in-game trade to breed for it. I hatched a Litten a few hours ago too. I had a Gumshoos called Gumshoe but I replaced him with Bounsweet.

I used to never nickname my Pokemon until now. It's pretty fun coming up with names for them, and it does make them feel more like close pets.
I tried going for names that matched their characteristics. Ralphie means wolf, Ula means Sea Jewel, and so forth. I named my Persian after Donatella Versace because I thought it was funny.
