You can't really go wrong with Water Type moves, so Liquidation and Leec Life are good. I can't really think of much else, as I'm not a competitive battler. Scald maybe?

Aqua Ring
Bubble (I'm using it as a Z move for now)
Leech Life (main attacking move)
Bite

Also alternating between making it hold a Big Root to make the most of Leech Life, and the Water Z gem to make Bubble a strong water attack if I'm in a pinch.

Adamant, go for atk and hp evs with some physical defense. Secret third part of its ability is huge power for water moves so it's liquidation is sheer fucking crazy town, it's actually way better than a lot of people realize.
