This game says fuck that, tells you to sit your ass down and get comfortable, and tells you a simple little story.

Rotom dex doesn't really stop gameplay at all. You can do pretty much anything during most, if not all of its interactions with the player. The beginning has a lot of cutscenes but it's bearable, the first time playing at least. I suggest calming down.

I think there originally was a fear that you had to use 10% Zygarde to transform in 100%.
But since 50% can do it to, its basically a complete upgrade that makes Rest/Talk sets stupid unkillable. Near Chancey level HP with actual defenses.
