I'm more of Brendanfag, but just seeing the how much shit he gets makes me sad.
He's not a weak trainer, probably the second strongest after Brendan and tied with Hilbert.
He's not pushed in your face, like Cynthia or Looker. He rarely appears, and doesn't even get a single line of dialog.
So why?

When facing generic trainers you can talk to the receptionist lady and have the music changed to tracks like Gladion, Guzma, Lusamine, Champion defense, etc.
Only problem is that those override special trainers themes so you have to take a break and change it back to the default trainer theme before every 10th fight.
No way to unlock music, sadly

Minor nitpick, but was the golfing fuck ever introduced to us before the league was established? I know she was mentioned around the resort but it seemed kinda odd not having a cutscene with her; especially when the other Elite Fours are kahunas that we've already seen and battled throughout the story.
