Always be strafing one way (I went left) so you can avoid his charge more easily
Dodge backwards instead of towards him
Hit him in the face and nowhere else
Use a fast weapon because the window to attack him is pretty short

The fight is all about positioning yourself to be near his head once he stops attacking.

If they could give me more than one cooldown I would probably enjoy the game more

This thread isn't even b8. I really do enjoy BOTW but it doesn't seem like there are ANY third party games for it. The Vita already had a bunch of third party games but that time and yet everyone hated it.

I've also played it on PC and enjoyed it a lot but my SERIOUS question remains: What third party titles does it have? Seems like just Street Fighter and that's about it. The PS Vita had a bunch of good third party titles (Uncharted) out for it's system by that time. So why does Nintendo get that special love? I am not even a Sony fanboy. Don't even own a Playstation.

That is a good suggestion and one I've finished as well.
Was considering Asura's wrath, but I'm pretty certain I'll get more QTEs than actual gameplay with that one. While QTEs don't bother me much, excessive use can get tiring.

Try Furi if ya haven't played it yet. The dodge is not instant but that is the only thing which breaks the fast combat.

Did you play the beta? It's nothing like the first in terms of gameplay, the cooldowns are much slower, the PvP got a major rehaul.
