I've been itching to visit England lately. What are some games that take place there so I can at least pretend I'm there?

The patrician choice was to give him his ring, then loot his hiding place later and take it back plus some gold

I have a "policy" that singleplayer-only games are worth 30 bucks at most. Same with multiplayer-only games. Having said that, is this game worth 30 bucks? Should I wait for a sale?
>>386914572
So you would prefer for a dev to shoe horn multiple into a singleplayer game where it doesn't fit to be able to charge more?
And no, people are saying the game is shit
>>386914572
Did you think Gone home, Everyone's Gone to the Rapture, The Park, or What Remains of Edith Finch is worth $30
Because this is 70% walking. 20% story, 10 percent rinse repeat "combat".
It's decent for what you're paying for.
What went so wrong?
Why Nioh is not popular among any demographic audience?
It sold a million copies
Great combat, but mediocre everything else. People want fun mechanics to exist in a proper context.
I'm a Soulsfag who loved it. Stance dancing and guardian spirits are fucking awesome.
Why can't they rebuild things without broken glass,or just no glass?
Isn't it dangerous having broken glass everything inside your settlement?
excuse me but recycling is good for the environment and in a game like this you better be doing all you can to help the environment thank you be more grateful to the developers now okay
>>386914446
Bleeding from glass cuts isn't, though
I do property clean outs in Chicago and the more bum fuck areas surrounding it like Kankakee and what not, and I basically get thru the day pretending I'm a fallout scavenger. I really need to start documenting the places I go to work at. Places that have been abandoned for 5-10 years and even property that was used and lived in just months ago are often times exactly like the buildings in the fallout games. Very tired/poor communities very quickly fall to shambles. After seeing how people live in real life in the current year and how important general upkeep is the fallout world doesn't seem farfetched at all. If the world experienced a major catastrophe and suddenly you struggled to just survive the month you wouldn't care about mopping your kitchen floor so much.
Why did they think it was a good idea to have mech augs become an allegory for marginalized people? In the previous game mech augs were mostly elitists or soldiers/gangbangers who could get their hands on the tech. It's not even an accurate metaphor about underpriviledged people because they don't have super strong robot hands or x-ray vision or anti-gravity capabilities. Feels like there was a better story wanting to be told but it was sidelined by this other narrative.
Mechanically it was great though, I loved the combat and how they reworked the cover system.
[Post deleted because it does not conform with Google's ideology.]

Thing is, I think Eidos is very sympathetic to that ideology, they just portrayed in a way that has the opposite effect of what they intend.
>>386913714
First, anyone with an aug chip- no matter how minor- went haywire. Second, they only became marginalized after the aug incident, not before. Third, though the game draws on that kind of imagery because the situation in the game has escalated to the point of segregation, it's not a 1:1 allegory.
What I think you're complaining about is the theming of the game and its setting instead of the actual story. The plot is definitely lacking- it's basically just a single act and doesn't even do anything with theCloneJensensubtext it sorely wants you to appreciate. However, the idea of marginalizing augmented after the aug incident is a pretty natural way to continue the universe. Augmented people aren't all portrayed as saints all of a sudden to conform to some allegory about unjust oppression based on trivial characteristics.
Did people mistake nostalgia of general life without responsibilities with actual good game design with interesting mechanics?
Vanilla WoW was more about sense of community in an MMO than anything else. That aspect of the game is completely dead now.
Well to be fair you actually had to do mechanics. Now it's, mostly, a dps race.
>GUYS I NEED THAT IT'S BIS FOR BIG NUMBERZ

Except it isn't and the game is a great place to socialize now.
Any Furi fans lurking? They released a making-of documentary.

Rayman Jungle Run and Rayman Fiesta Run
The third one, Adventures, is shit, don't play it. You need to buy in-app power ups to 100% the game
