How does one beat nostalgia?
I'm reasonably successful. I've graduated college. I've just signed on to a job with a great bay area salary. I lift every day. I read every day. I constantly write and reflect.
But for some reason I can't get past the nostalgia of the past, specifically in high school when it was just my friends and I exploring the world for the first time. Every experience felt so crisp and fresh, from the first time drinking to the first time falling in love with a girl.
Now everything seems routine. Life seems to be going by so fast my brain can't make time to record any meaningful memories.

As someone who was a long time /r9k/er that turned to /biz/, I come with some kind advice.

Money most definitely does lead to happiness. You can self-improve so fast that you can outrun your normie competitors (probably not the 6'X" Chads, but it's still something)
As well as that, having wealth just makes it easier to fuck roasties. If you know that they're self-centered and don't actually care for non-materialistic things, then why not make use of that fact, right?
