Can a M.2 be used as your only storage device? Is there a problem for not using HDD or 2.5 SSD?
It's fine
Not a problem if you don't mind loosing data. This applies to having only 1 storage device of any kind. All shit breaks.
>>58681040
Yes. As a matter of fact, you don't even need to use SATA unless you need an optical drive or more SSD/HDD

Should a Tech company be named something unique or something recognizable?
Both. Look at Grindr. Great name, great service, very recognizable, and most of all I feel really unique using the app.
My websites name is not the same as my business it's name.
Drop the the. Just facebook.
Me and a friend are making a 4chan based programming language called FORCHAN. What would you like to see in such a language?
Syntatic sugar for every little thing.
10 MB/MiB/whatever hello world.
Mandatory OOP.

Been reading "Java in a Nutshell" these last 2 weeks. Pretty good I guess. Might be rough if you don't have experience in a similar language like C++, though.
When will desktop Linux get its Steve Jobs?
Someone with a revolutionary vision to make Linux an operating system easy and pleasing enough for people to just jump into; someone who can really engage and tap into the mainstream consumer market and captivate them into the world of Linux?
I don't want Steve Jobs in my Linux, thank you.
We don't want our secret club to become mainstream sorry
>>58680776
When will some visionary genius grow desktop linux's 1.5% market share to 2%.
I am in need of a usb sound card that works on ps4, so essentially no drivers, that doesnt sound like shit. Only using it for a mic paired with a behringer 802 mixer. Any help?

Have this one, haven't used with a PS4 though.
This one requires no drivers and it's great!
If it works on FreeBSD there's a very small chance it will be recognized.
Whether it will work is another matter.
>>58680879
People in the questions can confirm it works with PS4.

not quite familiar with opera, but what's the chance that someone makes uBlock Origin for OpenOpera?
>>58680708
I'm interested in this but can't find a reason to look at the source or a use for it
From github, it is impossible.
github.com/chrisaljoudi/uBlock/issues/672
But there are some ad blocker for opera.

Why and how is Private Internet Access and other VPNs a meme?
>Pic not related
I'd like to piggyback on this, do I need a vpn to use with the kodi app?
If you're not working for a company remotely, VPNs tend to have few uses, most of them involving either masking filesharing or circumventing region locks. I pass no judgement on what you are doing with them, but for people doing neither there isn't a reason to use VPNs/PIAs.
>>58680756
Can't hurt outside of slightly slower speeds.
>>58680502
I'm using PIA for circumventing regional locks, still too early to tell if I will be using it all the time. For starters, I can't shitpost here on 4chan with the VPN on, cause that IP is blocked by ricemoot. Unless I'm doing something very wrong, in which case, somebody pls correct me...
