Well, they may not exist by next month with all of the politics, so join me /co/ for a Journey in North Korea.
I hope everyone is ready for the first of many threads wherein I chronicle Bendis' tenure on Daredevil. I'm going to start with his three compendiums (They're massive) and post till they are all finished. Afterward, I'm going to post Daredevil: The End as a nice little cap to the story. I'm going to start earlier than normal because I have a tendency to procrastinate because I get caught up doing other stuff. Gonna try to stay on the ball.

I'm ready OP. Go for it.
I know some may consider this blasphemy, but I really don't like the early issues with Mack. I'm not saying they're bad, but the art is actually offputting to me and makes reading it quite a chore. I'll pick up when we get to the first Maleev arc.

PUNISHER STORYTIME
All this year I'll be storytiming Punisher comics, with most of the focus being on pre-Ennis era material. You can expect some Ennis era stuff as well at some point. Maybe even also post some post-Ennis era material. Expect at least 1 storytime every week.
Earlier this week I posted the first several issues of Chuck Dixon's run on The Punisher War Journal (which you can still read here: >>94580959 ). 7 awesome issues of standalone "done-in-one" stories, all showcasing Dixon's grittier action-heavy street crime focused style of Punisher stories, with the man himself taking on everything from mafia hits to home invasions to train hijackers to botched robberies and even a Christmas story! And all without a single super villain or major recurring character making a single appearance. Just Frank vs. down-to-earth criminals, taking out the trash, and kicking some ass.
Today's storytime is the COMPLETE opposite of all that.
Today we're going to read 1 bigass LONG AS FUCK story arc called "Dead Man's Hand", a 9 issue intra-company "crossover" that ran between The Punisher War Journal, Daredevil, and Nomad (remember him? y'know, the 3rd BUCKY?) in 1992 for 3 issues a piece.
It stars the three titular characters, and features a METRIC FUCKING TON OF VILLAINS AND GUEST STARS. I MEAN FOR FUCK'S SAKE THERE ARE SO MANY CHARACTERS IN THIS! It'd really be easier to name who ISN'T in this, so I won't even bother. Just trust me, you'll wanna stick around to see who all shows up.
It's a pretty cool story overall and one of the better examples of taking The Punisher and throwing him in with a bunch of superheroes and super villains and actually making it work (probably by sticking to ones that it sort of made sense for him to team-up/fight with).
So let's read this thing.

~It's Back~
The White Wolf reigned over the Hunting profession in Salamanstra, she was practically a legend. Her death was a great loss to everyone. Her death drives her sister to take a stand and become a Hunter herself. Kessah wants to make a name for herself, outside of her sister's shadow. She wants the glory, the adventure, and the chance to live her own life. She may have signed up for more than she expected, however. Follow her adventures as a Hunter of Salamanstra!
>Hunters of Salamanstra started as a concept back in 2010. I wanted to do a fantasy that involved monster hunting. It's influenced by such series as Monster Hunter, Dark Souls, Beserk, Claymore, Final Fantasy.
