does it exist co/ck/s?
I just turned 30 and have grown skinnyfat, so I'm trying to turn it around before I go into a death spiral.
I never realized how much calories I was consuming until I started trying to make healthy food. I'm still gorging myself but luckily it's on salads and shit and I'm cutting out sweets. working on portion control too.
I want to keep it up but buying fresh produce and meats in bulk to keep the costs down is just a bitch in kitchen prep. I don't want to spend multiple hours every couple days cleaning and chopping and washing.
any tips to make this easier? money isn't a huge issue but I'd still like to keep the costs as low as possible.

Pretty much all of this except lighter fluid. Go for some tinder or something instead.
Basically, OP, get your coals really nice and hot (let them burn until they're mostly white and really glowing), then bank to one side. Get some air though them until they're super hot, then put the steak directly over them to sear- then move it to the other side and lid the grill to finish with indirect heat. And don't forget to rest that shit.
