I find liqueur way too sweet so I usually put it in coffee/tea or for cooking and baking. If you get the chance you should try pic related. It's difficult to find but it's really tasty. Fruity and nutty almost like a fruity amaretto.

I bought 2kg of canned bamboo shoots
I also have 1kg of glutinous rice, 1l of soy sauce and various other stuff, ground beef(probably not really beef), pepperoni, tomatoes, different types of cheese, spices...
please advise me on how to use the bamboo shoots
I figured I could use about half together with pork braised in soy sauce, and I don't really know how to make the rest, what they go nicely with...

When I was a kid we would always buy bamboo shoots marinated in chili oil. The mix of white rice, soy sauce, bamboo, and the oil was delicious and savory. I would try recreating some of this in a jar considering you have 2 kg. It also preserves them.
Bamboo also goes great in curry.

While my time here was short, I caught a glimpse of the human condition that only the Da Vinci's of this world were able to capture. A testament to the fortitude of the human spirit, I returned home with a newfound appreciation of the unique and bizarre, and one hell of a hangover. Like they always say... bada bing, bada boom.
