I've picked up mixing cocktails as a hobby and make 2 or 3 new ones each week just to see what I like. Today's is milk punch.
I was going visually for something like this, so I used full cream and cut my nutmeg thicker, but my spices still floated to the top.
How do I get the desired effect of the suspended nutmeg/ cinnamon?

use whole spices and infuse them into the milk, strain them out afterwards
or to go super baller, make brown butter with the spices in then fatwash the milk with the brown butter

Anyone have experience with the molds that can make cookie bowl shapes, and can recommend a good brand? I've tried the upside-down cupcake pan method and it's just annoying and difficult if your dough isn't thick enough.
I'm not going to lie, I'm trying to get brownie points and pussy.

Tbh, I think their problem is that they've made some very bad decisions in terms of marketing. They've presented themselves in a way that made them seem more like moderately-priced caterers rather than a place where you can sit down and have a quick meal. They've been renovating their buildings to have a more fast food-like appeal, but it doesn't work. The brand itself needs renovating. There is no one in America who likens Boston Market to a place like KFC. Boston Market has always been a enigma, and a pretentious one at that. What on earth were they thinking?
