Hey /x/,
I really enjoy coming here, but everything is usually creepy, nihilistic, and/or just obviously fake.
Is there any really exciting and optimistic paranormal subjects/schools of thought to be discussed, that won't leave me lying awake in my bed until 4am?
inb4 finding God (unless you have a truly unique take on it), most Abrahamic faiths have a very strict, binary way of thinking and acting that I don't consider very happy or optimistic

It isn't a photo error.
That is what we in the scientific community refer to as the color blue.
What happened to the creepy story thread where people posted their screencaps of creepy stories posted on /x/? I'm in the mood for those stories. Pic unrelated.
OP, learn to use the catalog. There are at least two other threads.
This channel called "emotion" is an ARG Channel based on titles like "Video" And then a number

There's already a cryptids thread. Mods delete and ban IP.
If a human voodoo doll was attacked by a ghost, what would happen? Would the ghost be affected? Would the human voodoo doll not be affected? Where would the energy go?
we all saw American Horror Story Hotel. You already know what happens.

Yesterday I was looking arround some strange sites, and while visiting one, this page poped up: http://www.whiteenamel.com/
At first it seemed to be a casual point and click game.... But it gave me a strange feeling... idk
strange website thread: >>17341844
hello again /x/, i posted this a few days ago and wanted to find more info about this piece of art. I'd love to know what people know about this. anything helps.
>>17346560
It's "Igog". the half-man, half-hare god from Sumerian texts.
>>17346599
cant find any pictures of it. does this god go by any other names?
>>17346631
No, I lied. Ain't got a fucking clue what it is desu bro. Probably just a weird carving someone made.
Alright, so I took a nap after coming home from work today, and while my dream was weird and surrealistic, wasn't anything out of the ordinary. At the end, however, I experienced something way out there.
At the end of my dream, I sit down in the back of one of those silver campers, and rummage through a box. I find one of those Game-and-Watch LCD games called "Loot Horse". It's got a weird ass pikelated "horse" in the middle, and it's my job to collect letters as they fall from the top of the screen.I can't remember the exact letters that fall, but I can vividly recall a "--INNING" falling down.
The best bit is that I woke up during this, when I tried to fucus my eyes on the game. Though I woke up, and saw my room, I could still hear the games (rather decent) music, and when I closed my eyes, I'd still be in my dream.
Anyone else have experiences like this?
Pic related, it's my shitty rendition of the game.
>>17346449
Pixelated, not pikelated.
I used to have one of those games called "Trojan Horse" as a kid. But it was a game where you controlled a drawbridge, no word games... it did have horse in the title though for whatever that's worth.
Does anyone here remember the "Shut it down" thing that happened on 4chan like a year or two ago? I don't recall a lot of the info, just that there was a thread on government stuff or something and suddenly a post came up that said "shut it down" and the whole thing got deleted. It was mentioned here on /x/ but I don't remember if it happened or not. I was going to show a friend the information on it but I cannot find it.
>>17346328
that's a meme that /pol/ especially likes to use.
it's sometimes "shut it down, the goyim know."
i doubt there was anything special about the thread but maybe someone else knows more specifically what you mean.
>>17346328
We know that you know. Expect to be suicided.
Okay, guys, SHUT IT DOWN!
>>17346346
Yeah it was all over 4chan when it happened. I don't really need anything special about it other than the specifics. I don't remember enough to say what all happened. I tried using "knowyourmeme" because I do see it posted here and there, but apparently not enough to be on the rest of the internet. I mostly just remember the thread that was posted here talking about it. But thanks, I might look up that "the goyim know" part and see if that helps.
Hey /x/
While my issue probably isn't paranormal, I still come here to ask you because I figured there might be some anons here knowledgeable on sleep and brain activity in general.
So sometimes when I'd be falling asleep in certain positions (like you do in class or when resting on something, or plainly not laying on back as if I was in bed), I'd get a huge, overwhelming rush to the head, like a massive wave of blackness, forcing me to wake up because it's very uncomfortable and sometimes painfull. Can it be blood-related ? Is my mind being invaded by some kind of intrusion when I'm lowering my guard to fall asleep ? Wat do ?
Also have you been contaminated by the book House of Leaves ? I've been obcessing over mazes and labyrinths for some weeks now.
I's a great book. But well that could be caused by all manner of things, posture, back problems, grinding your teeth, some do that while asleep. Maybe stress? Hard to tell.
>>17346219
Does this phenomenon has a name ?
>>17346192
I love giving copies of this book to my mentally unstable friends, it's like giving someone a grenade and pulling the pin as you walk away

Today scientists confirmed the existence of gravity waves.
In simplest terms, we now know that is possible to warp spacetime. With sufficiently advanced technology, it is possible to send signals faster than the speed of light.
Teleportation. Technology similar to anti-gravity. These things may be possible.
So the next time someone tells you we've never been visited by extraterrestrial civilizations because space travel is simply too difficult, they'll be wrong.
And the next time someone tells you the extraterrestrials aren't still here, studying us with implausibly advanced technology, they'll be wrong. Because we, as a species learned something today.
It's not impossible to create a vehicle that propels itself noiselessly, if you can manipulate spacetime. We just learned this TODAY.
But how long have THEY known about it?
Fake and gay
>>17346046
Is this what that RPing time-travel anon was vaguely alluding to in his quarterly threads?
>gravity waves
gravitational waves, you retard.
I heard that Freemasons donate more than anyone in the world, and someone said about $2m a day in the US from Masons...
And 4.7 Billion from the RCC in 2010 total...
So does anyone actually know? gril unrelated - but i think she's cute.
>>17345997
Let's see, the Church runs organizations like Red Cross and Caritas. They keep poor people por by givng them gibsmedats.
On the other hand, masons run organizations like the Lyons club and the Rotary club. They make poor peoplle rich by giving them a chance for education and learning.
What is more significant?
>>17346013
This. It depends on your definition of charity. Alms, or teaching a man to fish and that God helps those who help themselves.
What does /x/ think of this?
Exhaustingly overblown pretentious art house garbage
>>17345860
pretty disturbing to watch, but way too long for what it was. So in the end kinda boring.
