I don't think this would work, I am not an expert but I read some of those books and how I understend it you don't forget about the desire just for the sake of it but to eliminate lust for result which leads to fear of failure. The desire in process of "firing" is burned with sigil into your subconscious where the magic happens. I think in order for sigil to work you need to initialy know what it represents. But hey, I could be wrong, I only read some books.

There is a house in my town that is for sale that a woman killed her daughter and herself in in 2010. It's 60k cheaper than the nighbors houses and they are almost the same sizes

Where I'm from you can't find a house that someone Hasent died in or something rather sketchy Hasent happened in since everything is at least 250-350 years old.
