All of it. DMT is confirmed to be an endogenous ligand / neurotransmitter that can be found in all mammals blood (as well as many plants and non-mammals, the urine in schizophrenics, and found in the melanomic cell-line of humans and pineal glands of rodents).
there's nothing about the hemoglobin, plasma, platelets, red blood cells, white blood cells, or oxygen even that has any inherent 'magic' to it when you participate in blood rituals or observe some sort of blood magic. it's the DMT, which is veritably psychoactive when one ingests it in a way that allows it to cross the blood-brain barrier (the substance that does this most is glucose, which is the likely vessel that the DMT uses to get in there)
