I nearly died during a routine operation while I was put to sleep. what I saw was bizarre .. I was flying through space and falling into a black hole but it just kept on having more layers as I fell in, there was constant screaming of just one woman, really deafening as though she was right next to my ear but i couldnt see her. these layers that I fell into were like glass and some of them were objects .. one of the layers I fell into was a huge fat Buddha type character , but really evil looking. it was truly terrifying.

Sounds like you're still processing trauma. It may come out more with time. If you're feeling spooked by thinking about the dream/whatever, that's shock still in there. You'll be shutting some of the full effect out, and be not quite 'back' from the experience yet.

I took a microdose of ketamine, smoked a joint, drank a beer and all of the sudden I wake up without remembering having gone to sleep. Happened new years eve 2013-14.
The waking up felt as if I somehow "fell" or got soaked into life.
I had no memory of going to sleep and was unsure about what happened for a long time.
Very, very weird things started happening to me and I still feel the effects from that night.

I often say to people, and they always believe I am joking even when asuring them that I am not, that I have either died or never returned from a trip.

The whole thing forced me to live life in a new way, otherwise I would have been forced off into happenings which could have proven quite uncomfortable.

Anyways I found this more than just interesting.
It's a perspective of the mind on the mind that not very many people get to see in life and live coherently enough to tell about it.
