I really need your help.
Long story:
For 9-10 years I keep waking up in the night at exactly 03:23. Not necesseraly every night, but at least 3-4 times a week.
I've talked to a psychiatrist about this but he didn't know anything about a phenomenon like this. The only idea he had was sleep paralysis but I can rule that out because I'm able to move and I'm don't halluzinate. Also I can't remember any nightmares when I wake up.
The only stuff I feel is just numbing fear. No unusual smell, no memories coming back. Nothing, just fear and the fact that I'm awake at 03:23.
Guys pls, I'm not joking or looking for attention.
Any thoughts?

I've only done is twice, In fact I tried it yesterday.
My technique is that I lay straight in my bed, no noise or sound in my room. I get really relaxed which takes around 5 minutes. I focus on my third eye t'll its open. I then start to imagine I'm in a hammock and I'm moving left and right, making sure my body doesn't actually move. When my body starts to feel like its vibrating, it's working and I start to escape my body. My only problem is that I get freaked out, my heart starts to race like crazy and I just stop my self from actually getting out of my body. I'll be trying again soon.

Tons. Ottawa is haunted as fuck. We Canadians believe in those crazy shadow people, and most of us have our stories. Fuck, dude. I still see them haha. Every day.
Scariest one was a few weeks back... full figured, hunched over looking fucker with a long nose, friszly hair, and a weird shakespearan style of dress.
I'll draw you a shitty picture. Picture this thing, but skinny, short, hunched over, with a thin body but slightly larger and enlongated head, with a long nose. Like it was wearing a plague doctor's mask, but it was it's actual face.
It scared me so much, my brain shut off the visual before it could cause any trauma. This thing was real, and alive. My brain saved me from dying. I woke up the next day feeling like I just got stabbed through the right shoulder. Hurt for like 4 fucking days.

I'm trying to lucid dream. It's something I've wanted to do for a long time, but last night I was doing the mnemonic induction, and I think I was getting close, but as soon as my limbs started to feel heavy, I woke myself up.
I wasn't actually dreaming yet, so it's not that I succeeded and got excited. I think I got scared. So what's wrong with me? What is there to be afraid of?
I want to do this so badly but I'm afraid that if I go further I'll throw up or something. On the surface, I'm not afraid of sleep paralysis, either. maybe I am subconsciously, though.
The worst part is that I feel like this isn't just something I WANT to do, I feel like I NEED to do it.
