This is Not a joke, this is happening right now.
I always tell people here that a lot of weird shit happens on Brazil, this is simply the latest of such weird things my country experiences.
Since this monday this guy from Acre called Bruno Borges is missing, he disappeared after having lunch with his father to never be seen again. This might not sound like anything weird or paranormal at first, that changed once police entered his room and found this:

The statue there is worth R$20000 acording to the mother, apperently it is a statue of Jordano Bruno, a theologician and philosopher and a dominican priest that was condemned by the inquisition. It seems he wrote 14 books all written in cryptographed code, which he also fucking wrote on the walls, floor and ceiling. That coupled with the weird occult symbols, weird ass paintings of a grey with a human on an alien landscape as seen in pic related.

He made all this during 24 days he was left alone with his parents, in which he did not allow anyone to go into his room. When his parents came back he had lunch with his father and right after disappeared. He is a psychology student and son of a well known businessman.
If this is a hoax, it is a bloody well made one, police is currently looking for him.

A month or so ago I came into contact with a friend I hang hard from in a while, he was well, newly married, etc. However, recently strange things were happening. Cuts showing up on house members, religious symbols moved upside down, dogs barking, etc. I wasn't sure how much of it was psychosomatic or if it was a joke, as they knew my background in shamanism.
Despite my hesitations, I figured it best to help in anyway I could, though I'm still inexperienced, and have my own demons to face. I did a rudimentary cleansing and warded his house, but found that thw entity was most likely attached to his roommate. Both the roommate and the friends wife have seen it, a tall black figure, obscured hooded face.
Last night I was contacted again, as symptoms have manifested again, cuts and fevers. My work in this field is very miniscule, so I'm approaching the community for some aid in banishing it from the host.
Obviously it's strong enough that simple wards, sage and prayers are not enough. Does anyone have experience in banishment?

Okay call me a troll, retard or whatever...I normally lurk a bit here for some interesting stories and stuff... but whats this about cuts appearing?
This some sort of sign like the others, I heard about those already, but cuts would be new to me.
Any source about that that is interesting?
Because I sometimes wake up with deep scratches, you know, not like real cuts but already bleed a little bit and scab has build over them.
In the past I thought it was from my dog scratching me in my sleep while she dreamt or something but she´s been dead now for over a year and recently I´ve had them again.
They are also in places I cant reach with my nails.
Some are on the back of my arms, triceps area but some are also on my back....
And no I dont have anything in my bed that could cause them and I always only notice them the next day, midday or evening, when they already healed somewhat.

Most meditation isn't legit meditation. The only real meditation, especially for beginners is zazen. It's not easy and very boring. I've been really struggling to actually start doing this everyday.
Just sit in lotus or Burmese and sit in silence for 45 minutes. You have to find a quite place. Look into zazen. It's the quickest path to enlightenment for noobs. You'll be surprised how effective this is.

Stand up or lay down (don't sit), keep the lower half of your body completely dead and concentrate on your lower abdomen (close to the inner perineum).

About a month and a half ago i watched a video that had high frequency sound which affects the brain directly. As soon as i hit play the middle of my forehead retracted inwards severing some path between the hemispheres and a cavity behind my eyes started to expand. Everything is fixed in an unnatural position crippling my intellectual capacities
