Greetings, and welcome to The /x/ Files, the weekly news digest for 4chan's Paranormal board. Every Sunday, we take a quick snapshot of the mysterious world around us and bring it, in an easily readable magazine format, to the board. Giant Python Swallows Indonesian Farmer
A farmer has been found inside the belly of a giant python after the animal was caught near where he vanished while harvesting his crops in Indonesia. The body of Akbar, 25, was discovered inside the seven-metre (23ft) snake after villagers used an 18-inch-long knife to cut open its stomach, when it had been spotted slithering awkwardly in Salubiro village, on the eastern island of Sulawesi, on Monday.
“We were immediately suspicious that the snake had swallowed Akbar because around the site we found palm fruit, his harvesting tool and a boot,” said Junaidi, a senior village official.
Worried relatives launched a search for Akbar after he did not return home from the family’s plantation on Sunday. Junaidi said the snake had swallowed the farmer whole, adding that it was the only such fatality recorded in the region. This kind of python, which regularly exceeds 20ft, is commonly found in Indonesia and the Philippines. While the serpents have been known to attack small animals, attempts to eat people are rare.

Long time lurker here, I dont expect any of you to believe me, but everything im about to say is going to be sincere. This all happened yesterday. First of all, i come from a praying family. My auntie runs her own church and half of my family has dedicated their life to the lord. When everthing started happening i was oblivious but now thinking back, i was being attacked by some malevont spirit. I truly believe it was an adultious spirit. I had a chronic masturbation problem, which i am ashamed to say. I lied, i stole, i was cheap, i thought i was the most handsomest man in town, who was better than everyone else. Not anymore.
It all started with little pokes on my back, and the nightmares. I would have dreams of my son being a devil, or my wife being some demon. The pokes in my back were a constant feeling, until yesterday noon they stopped. Before that i had chronic backpain which is unusal because im fairly fit. No matter how much i would fix my back it would hurt, like on that one movie where some guy sees a girl sitting on his back in the mirror. Anyways, yesterday was I was smoking weed with my pals, and yea yea “hurr durr this only happened because you were high” trust me, it wasnt. Once I took my hit, i started thinking. I use weed not in a sense where i just want to smoke myself stupid. I use it to explore parts of me i dont understand myself, and yesterday alot of things were understood. I ran to my moms house and i started telling her everything, and she suggested i talk to my auntie, the one who runs the only christian church in town.

For the love of god we could not find her so we went go see her sister, who is as equally connected with god. I began praying out to the lord asking for his forgiveness, pleading for mercy.

When we got to my aunties house i felt an evil, angry spirit trying to use me but i just kept asking for strength. I started telling everything to my auntie, god bless her soul. We went upstairs to pray, and this is when the scariest part happened. This is the crazy part, so i dont expect much of you to believe. She started praying, my mom and i. I started repenting and praying as well, and this is when everything stared getting distorted, my mom didnt look like her, my hands looked like hoofs, and i swear at one point i seen holes in my hands. I was so scared. While my auntie was praying i felt like two people were fighting over me, at the same time i felt so loved, and so hated. I started shaking, and losing control of my body, thats when my auntie started talking in tongues, and oh my god i will never ever forget this feeling. I felt so relieved, like a weight was lifted on my shoulders. I stopped crying, i wasnt scared. The lord poured his holy blood on me and i was saved from this adultourous demon. I dont feel the tapping on my back anymore, i dont have nightmares anymore, i actually had a good dream. Im also going to start going to church and reading my bible. The secret is so simple it's embarrasing that this is not common knowledge. Celibacy is the fountain of youth. All you have to do to become eternally young is eat properly, avoid drugs and sex (masturbation counts). The main reason people grow old is because they have sex. The human body regenerates while sleeping, but to do so it needs some key nutrients that are wasted every time you ejaculate. Obviously basic exercise is also necessary. Nothing too hard, yoga is enough. This is the tree of life. Stop fapping and avoid so called "death by natural causes". forgive my bad English. english is not my main language and this is my first time posting in /x/ and i would like to share some story of mine with you guys.
have any of you been possessed before? or something like it? maybe the eye of envy hit you? my dad told me when i was 2 month old i stopped moving but was alive. he took me to the doctors and said there is nothing wrong with me im just sleeping and looked healthy. my grandmother didnt believe in them and decided to take me with her friends to see if it was something else. he said that she and her friends noticed i was envied and the envy eye got me. she and her friends then went to read holy quran on me and put a silver plate on my forehead, then they did drop a molten lead and an eye was formed. then they took the eye and put it in a box covered with red colored silk and sealed the box. they then told my father to go throw it at the sea but he actually threw it in the sewers.
i even have more story's which is kinda horrifying experience for me. especially that accident happen with me at night when i was 16.

I was alone and walking out late, probably about 11 or 12 o'clock, when I heard this strange unexplainable ringing noise. It didn't start off as much but it got very very loud very quickly. Literally had hands over ears. It didn't last long only about 30 seconds or so then just instantly stopped. I've had that sort of ringing in my ears before, Yknow when your home alone or whatever and you can hear a faint ring, but never to that volume before.
Needless to say I walked home pretty quickly
Wondering if anyone has had any similar experiences or offer possible explanations?
