I have sleep paralysis quite frequently. Copy pasting from a youtibe comment I made:

There have also been times where I will dream (perhaps it's not a dream but an out of body experience) where I will be in some part of the house, usually the bathroom. Yesterday I succeeded in astral projection (it's a rare thing for me) because I wanted to try remote influencing a person really far away that doesn't know me. All for a good cause of course, but still I wanted him to do me a huge favor that means a lot to me.
At first I tried to pass my feelings down to him so he can understand why I want that to happen, but I ended up crying and begging him to help me instead. Of course this broke the projection and I was back in my body soon. I couldn't succeed again but I'll try tonight.

Is there a specific way remote influencing must be done? Or do you just have to focus a lot on that person and make them feel what you want?

As for remote viewing, the only time I actually did it was a few years ago. I could see my city from above and so decided to go peek around a friend's house that I've never been to before.

I noticed a little mat on the kitchen and tried to remember as many details as possible. Sure enough when I went to his place there was indeed a mattress in the kitchen and the house looked more or less as I remembered it, although that could be because I once took a glance at his place from outside.

I didn't succeed at remote viewing and astral projection after that (until today). I don't think it's definite proof that remote viewing works but it's interesting to think about.

i'm trying and failing to figure out how to apply the adjectives "strong" and "powerful" to meditation.

i'd suggest Zen Mind, Beginner's Mind as a book to check out at the library. or go through Crowley's basic introduction to meditation. focus first on breathing and letting go of your body, let the empty mind come later.

meditation means different things in different cultures but it tends to be about letting go, relaxing, unfocusing. if you want "strong and powerful" i suggest you take a muay thai class and learn how to hit things hard.

Yoga. Any kind. For you I recommend reading Chopra.

Also your approach to meditation seems "pretty pointless"

Also, Crowley's 8 lectures on yoga would be a good read. Have you tried just doing the fourfold breath? There is the 'meditation on a point' that is usually prescribed for GD neophytes that might help as well.

I've had something simular in my fever dreams when I had mono, only for me it was hectagons and I saw myself lying on one of them in third person in an infinite landscape of grey hectagons moving up and down.
