I would like to ask the help of people far more skilled than I at this sort of thing.

I would like to take the truck from this image out, removing the people in the back and the surrounding images.

I would like to turn it into a stencil if that makes sense where it is just a black and white outline of the picture.

The first half I have absolutely no idea how to do, or where to even start.

The whole stenciling thing I can just use a filter or what ever other program to do it for me.

Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
