I'm the only one seeing this thing has the worst original artwork ever? It's not detailed at all (especially the head), some line are thicker than others for no reason and it's fakemon like to the extreme. I can't even look at its eyes withouth cringing.

Anyone else think that the new generation will just end up being a gen 6 repeat? Like bad story, way too easy, boring characters and tutorials, just like X and Y. And plus, someone said that they're "opening up to new players" or something, which pretty much means that it'll be stupidly easy. If this is the case, then the D/P remakes will end up like OR/AS, as the most hated Pokemon games to date. Your thoughts, /vp/?

This might just be nothing, but I feel like it'll be a sign of what's to come in terms of SM's difficulty.
We know two things. First off, your rival picks the starter that's weak to yours. Second, Lillie does not battle against you. This means that unless you get Chicken/Alola/Luna/Serene/Moon-Chan as a rival, the series will have literally stooped so low that your rival has the starter that's weak to you.
Dear god. Pray with me, /vp/. Even Gen 6 had a rival with the stronger starter.

That'd be pretty neat. Give the mega boost to any mon out there while having it be customizable and undetectable until activated. The only downside I see is that it makes mega evolution irrelevant, but maybe a synchro boost of only 50 bst instead would help give megas their place.

It's fucking great.
I loved everything about this game play.
The asymmetric HP bars had me raging for a day, but the overall aesthetic is wonderful. So damn colorful I just love it.
My autism is slightly triggered that there's 7 rainbow colors and just 6 stats, they should've added one more. But yeah each begin a different color instead of the bullshit we've had is glorious.
