I'm still a little disappointed actual sun and moon pokemon seem to have been ignored. Clefairy and Clefable probably still have some hope.

(top six are literal sun and moon pokemon, others evolve with equivalent stones, etc)

But I know for a fact sunflowers are grown in Hawaii, so it seems a little off that Sunflora isn't making a presence.

Alola rattata is fine though.

Everyone is saying that gf is pandering to gen one, they are, but it's justifiable. Alola is located near kanto, alot of people from kanto moved to alola and brought there Pokemon with them. And over the years the Pokemon that were brought over turned into there alola forms. It makes complete sense. Also it's the 20th anniversary of Pokemon and gen one is the most recognizable of all of them it just makes sense people
