Only stat that changes is HP, which is not really a good thing sine Power Construct activates when 50% Zygarde's HP goes below half.
What's up with all these weird stat changes upon evolving and awkward stats distributions that go against the pokemon's intended gimmick?

alright I got a couple of questions about these new game mechanics:
When they say you can only use 1 z-move per battle do they mean if a pokemon uses a z move no other pokemon in your team can use them or is it just on a 1 per individual pokemon basis?
-do your pokemon really need to be level 100 in order to use bottlecaps to raise their IVs?

Nah, not really. Just a little man made of paper. Which still applies with the grass typing.
As for Celesteela, it's a giant bamboo rocket princess, so I dunno. But I think Steel/Flying suits it more because of what it's supposed to be.
