Any idea about Cosplay Pikachu? Is it out?
Any datamine info on it?
Since it cannot be traded to the pokebank.
And wtf happened to the national dex? Is it out until Pokemon Bank shows up? Or is that the reason why Pokemon Bank is getting a Pokedex itself?

Removed andvreplaced with ash-pikachu. There's no national dex but the game knows the old pokemon with their old dex numbers.
Now you don't have to catch them all.
