Really depends. If Bethesda takes thier time and hand selected modders then officially supports those mods. Then yes it will be good.

I think most people are worried its going to be a cash grab though. I have 180 mods on my skyrim right now. If i have to spend money on mods and its still a buggy mess that takes hours to fix Im going to be pissed. If we get Dlc quality mods that are easliy installed and run smooth I would happly pay for that.
