I'm 30, Demon's Souls is good, but it's Beta Souls. Most bosses are mediocre at best, and there are so many broken mechanics in it that completely fuck up the game. Every other Souls game has improved upon Demon's, still a fun game, but it's outdated compared to the rest of the series.

Hello /v/. I'm not much of a gamer and I bought a PS4 to play some games with my friends like Fifa, Cod and battlefield. Outside of that I'm not doing much with it. There's LR2 but it's not very user friendly. I recall it being a bitch to setup, and as far as I know there isn't anything more recent. Haven't checked recently though.
Why does everyone shit on this installment to the FF series? I know I may be biased because it's the first one I've ever played but I don't think it deserves the flack that it gets.

The story sounds like it's written by a 14 year old and is pretty unfulfilling and sluggish
The gameplay is broken as fuck thanks to the fact that you can grind and abuse Card Mod
That being said, I like the atmosphere. The Juction system is actually pretty interesting but severely needs some major fixes. You can pretty much grind for Cards and become OP as fuck on the very first disc and then you pretty much don't have to do shit throughout the rest of the game.

Agreed, great game.
I don't find Australia as comfy as Italy/France like 2, plus I'm not too keen on the soundtrack and the showcase events were not as good as 2's.
Still like it though, but my heart goes with FH2.
