Is anybody else really fed up with movies? It's such a sad reflection on the art of film making when cheesey Horror flicks with a political agenda are considered better than The Godfather,Taxi Driver and other classics. Really embarrassed at how far cinema has fallen in recent years.

Her baby was 2, maybe 3 years old in the final scene. So it was conceived 3 or 4 years prior to the ending, meaning she married her husband within a year or so of separating from Ryan Gosling, since the time between the second to last and last scenes was 5 years. Stone immediately forgot about Gosling when she got famous and went and fucked some other guy. So the ending to me, as hard as the movie was trying to manipulate my emotions via the music and heartfelt gazing between the leads, fell flat. Sorry, this wasn't a star-crossed-lovers story, it was a girl-suddenly-turns-into-a-Stone-cold-careerist story (pun not intended).

That's just one of the movie's many problems, but it's a slap to the face on top of the intellectually- and culturally-insulting, self-fellating garbage that came before.
