North Korea defied UN bans in 1990, 2000 and 2007. They don't give a shit and they're defying it now. Nobody will do anything. China doesn't want war, so won't let it happen (and likely help Norks). Russia doesn't want war, so won't let it happen (and likely side with Norks). USA doesn't want war, so won't let it happen (don't want to fight Norks, China and Russia in fucking Asia where their main superiority, navy and airforce, is fucking useless). Japan doesn't want war, so won't let it happen (USA airbases will be targetted and docks and so on). South Korea doesn't want war, so won't let it happen (Prime target for literally everything). UK and France have no interest in fighting (at worst Diego Garcia is attacked or the various French shit in that area). Australia will be passive at best, same for New Zealand. Proxy countries like Tuvalu and French Polynesia will be passive at best.

There's just no reason to fight. North Korea will get nukes and the world will just let it happen.

Live around the corner from it but not sure if I will bother seeing anything. The 4 that I am interested in maybe seeing are Darkest Hour, Death of Stalin, Three Billboards, and Hostiles. If I was to see one of them it would likely be Hostiles because I don't think it has a distributor or release date yet while the others will probably be in most theatres in a month or so. I don't really care about going to meet celebrities or joining in on the q7a's, just whether it is worth seeing the film at the festival or just wait for it to come out in the normal release
