...is a 1940 Nazi propaganda film produced by Terra Filmkunst at the behest of Joseph Goebbels, and considered one of the most antisemitic films of all time.

Veit Harlan was the only major movie director of the Third Reich to stand trial for "crimes against humanity". After three trials, Harlan was given a light sentence because he convinced the courts that the antisemitic content of the film had been dictated by Goebbels and that Harlan had worked to moderate the antisemitism. Eventually, Harlan was reinstated as a citizen of the Federal Republic of Germany and went on to make nine more films. He remained a controversial figure and the target of protests.

Together with Die Rothschilds and Der ewige Jude, both released in 1940, the film remains one of the most frequently discussed examples of the use of film to further the Nazi antisemitic agenda.

Veit Harlan was Stanley Kubrick's wife's Uncle.

What you're going to read is the epitome of pathetic. The reason why, is because I am turning here for comfort, advice, anything to put me at ease.

My brother, former military, is a father. he's married to a wonderful woman, and I could never be more proud of him and her than I already am.

The problem is that every time i see a picture of my niece, every time I hear how happy my brother is, and I see that smile on his face that he's found something amazing in his life. I end up crying.

I don't know why, but I can't not see pictures or videos of my niece without crying. I can't look at the glowing smile of my brother without crying. I can't think of his wife being a loving mother without crying.

I'm scared. I'm scared of what the future holds in the socio-political climate. I'm scared of their lives being destroyed because of the SJW bullshit leading my niece astray, I'm scared of my niece getting involved in porn in her future, I'm scared of people taking advantage of her and harming my brother and his wife.

I am worried about what's going to happen to my brother, to his wife, to my niece the more this crazy stuff goes on. I am scared that Antifa will kill them, that Black Lives Matter will torture them and kill them the way they did with the autistic kid that they scalped.

Is there any hope of things becoming stable again? Is there any hope of things going back to the way they were in the mid-1950s, a nice family image of a mother, a husband, and their son or daughter sitting down and watching TV together, eating a meal together, etc?

Why is it that the most effective insult against a jew to simply call them "Jew." Kike, Heeb are both just synonyms for jew, and Hymie just comes from "Chaim," which is a very common Hebrew name. None of the effective insults in any way reference their history or negative stereotypes (e.g. would could call them "Banksies," or something that references dishonesty directly, but we do not).

Meanwhile any other race/ethnicity is insulted with slurs that reference negative history and stereotypes ("Nigger" to remind that they wuz slavez n shieet, "beaner" to reference their smell and brown skin, "slope" making fun of their skull shape). If you were to call them a "black," "mexican," or "asian" they'd just look at your funny.

Can anyone explain this trend?
