What you're going to read is the epitome of pathetic. The reason why, is because I am turning here for comfort, advice, anything to put me at ease.
My brother, former military, is a father. he's married to a wonderful woman, and I could never be more proud of him and her than I already am.
The problem is that every time i see a picture of my niece, every time I hear how happy my brother is, and I see that smile on his face that he's found something amazing in his life. I end up crying.
I don't know why, but I can't not see pictures or videos of my niece without crying. I can't look at the glowing smile of my brother without crying. I can't think of his wife being a loving mother without crying.
I'm scared. I'm scared of what the future holds in the socio-political climate. I'm scared of their lives being destroyed because of the SJW bullshit leading my niece astray, I'm scared of my niece getting involved in porn in her future, I'm scared of people taking advantage of her and harming my brother and his wife.
I am worried about what's going to happen to my brother, to his wife, to my niece the more this crazy stuff goes on. I am scared that Antifa will kill them, that Black Lives Matter will torture them and kill them the way they did with the autistic kid that they scalped.
Is there any hope of things becoming stable again? Is there any hope of things going back to the way they were in the mid-1950s, a nice family image of a mother, a husband, and their son or daughter sitting down and watching TV together, eating a meal together, etc?

If he's doing what he should and they're all doing what they're supposed to they'll be fine.
We're reaching a crescendo point, it will all taper off and swing back. My parents remember "the Reagan moment" they went through.
After he was elected things got steadily better for them. HE brought them back from a precipice similar but not as wild as what we all just faced this last year.
Just get some sleep, buckle down, and keep going doing a little better every day.
We're winning this fight, albeit slowly.

Stand with your brother and talk to him about your concerns. I bet he's worried about much of the same stuff and that he wants to protect his wife and child just as much as you do. You two should talk about the future and how you can help him raise a family.
He's your brother and it sounds like you two have a decent relationship, so pursue that.

Study as much as you can, devote your life to truth, devote your life to be able to explain truth, and be the best damn uncle you can be through example. If you fear your niece will turn to postmodern philosophies, make it so she sees you as an example of something better.
I have 7 nieces and 4 nephews and I've have the same fears, so I devote my time to be able to answer questions that they might be too afraid to ask their parents or society.
