I find myself in possession of this 08 6.0 E-450 that used to be a govt owned ambulance and everything was taken off after it was decommissioned
I mean the tranny and engine are clean as hell, suspension is solid and the frame is beefy but... what the hell do I do with a big ass diesel frame like this
Ideas?

how reliable is the 986 boxster really? considering they hid the engine like jewish babies in 1943, wrenching seems impossible. boxster seems like a more practical daily than a miata considering the frunk
Cheap Porsche is the most expensive one
i daily mine
haven't had any serious issues with it.
base ones share more parts with vw.
engine is more accessible than you think
get it! we're already like 4 guys with boxsters here on /o/

Empty streets and parking lots are fine, but this is giving me mini heart attacks on the regular.
Why did I fall for the manual meme, /o/?

Why don't bongistanis buy American or Japanese cars?
VW, Citroen and Mercedes look like they're the big 3 here.
Porque?
>>17400203
But the cars you just posted are Japanese?
Also american cars are shit, especially outside america.
>>17400220
>Citroen
Wouldn't say these are excessively common. I'd add BMW, Toyota and Ford to the others.
Until recently we haven't had many American cars sold domestically here so you'd have to be an American car enthusiast to bother sourcing one (not counting European Ford/GM brands obviously). I've seen a quite few of the new mustangs around.

Fuck me.
Pic related.
>>17399596
Should have fell for the 3k civic meme, when you getting it fixed Jr?
>>17399596
Yup, sounds like 944 ownership alright. Great when it works, but fucking hell does it take effort/money to keep it working.
The fuck?
Clutch kit is like 4-600 on rock auto, the only specialty tools you should need are allenheads, triple squares, and retaining clip pliers
Don't buy parts from the dealer, it's just rebranded shit and not exactly of significantly higher quality anyway
Is it possible to unfuck the factory rice on the new Type R?
I was shower dreaming about how much better the car would be if it was based on the Civic Coupe instead of the pigfat """hatchback""" *ahem* crossover Civic.
Would an engine swap even be a viable option, or do computers fuck that up?
>>17399031
Just sell the type r body parts to a ricer in exchange for his stock parts???

All in the name of safet- oh wait.
I just made my first car purchase. I won't mention what car I got because you guys will meme me, but I'm pretty happy with my purchase. It's a 2016 model nothing too sporty. I'm 26 with one moving violation on my record from last year. The bank requires me to have a $500 deductible and full coverage until I have the vehicle paid off.
My insurance is $195 a month through progressive.
What the fuck. That's almost as much as my car payment. Help an insurance newbie figure this shit out please.
Liberty is a little cheaper
>t. switching from progressive to liberty
>>17398566
>meme car
>2016
>not sporty
>sky high insurance
im placing my bet on an FR-S
BRZ confirmed. Just got off the phone with his Insurance agent. The moving violation was he accidently hit a police car that was stopping him in the progress of picking of a trans lady boy hooker. He panicked and didn't know he was in reverse still and bumped the squad car. He cried when the hooker boi started laughing at him.
I have never seen one in the wild
The front looks really weird irl imo
>>17398390
possibly the sexiest rear in the modern car world. but idk how it looks weird irl?? I was looking at one yesterday.

I live in a rich ass oil city and I've yet to see one. Even the Hellcat is outselling them. Looks like Alfa has failed once again in North America.
You can't sell a not even 400hp car for $100k+ here, Those colors don't run. Nobody in the real world gives a fuck about laptimes.
What does /o/ think of the Del Sol?
Didn't they come with a shitty SOHC engine
