Why don't bongistanis buy American or Japanese cars?
VW, Citroen and Mercedes look like they're the big 3 here.
Porque?

But the cars you just posted are Japanese?
Also american cars are shit, especially outside america.

>Citroen
Wouldn't say these are excessively common. I'd add BMW, Toyota and Ford to the others.
Until recently we haven't had many American cars sold domestically here so you'd have to be an American car enthusiast to bother sourcing one (not counting European Ford/GM brands obviously). I've seen a quite few of the new mustangs around.
>cheaper parts
if someone wants to feel comfy on the cheap, they dont buy american, they buy a BMW E39
if they want to count pennies, its much easier to keep a beater GOLF or Astra together than an equivalent Elantra or Civic
also, german cars last longer in salt, which in the north is a big plus.

>why don't Europeans buy American cars
because we don't have to haha
>>17400203
We do buy Japanese cars though. Mazda and Honda are common as duck here
I thought Euros buy Ford?

only really in the UK and these aren't American designed Fords, they're Fiestas, Ka's, Mondeos and Transits etc
you would see a lot of Chrysler PT Cruisers around that's only solidified people's opinions here that American cars are shit
Peugeot/Citroen/Renault, vauxhall(Opel), ford and VAG cars are most popular in the UK.
There's a fair amount of Jap and Korean cars too.
Nobody wants pigfat yank shit.
I've seen 1 jeep grand Cherokee, a z28, and a smattering of Cords.
I don't think I've ever seen so many VW s in my life.
Holy shit, you guys have gone crazy for German cars.
