>no sign of collision, nothing busted (i get pretty bad hypnosis when i'm bored)
>engine is fine not even hot as it was on literally 3 minutes
this also happened exiting a pretty busy intersection with cameras and cops so i would know if it was a collision, and the cars been running fine for about three days

This. I hit my neighbors cat while i was pulling in to my driveway a few months ago. Stopped and got out to check, it was still twitching. Probably could have saved it but i just got back in my car and ran over it three more times then picked it up and stuffed it in their mailbox. I heard them having a meltdown a few hours later while i was in my garage working on my car. I felt kind of bad but started laughing really loudly. Had to shut the garage door since they started saying things like "is that laughing? Who's laughing"

Government officials create their own little empires where friends hire other friends. Since family members can't legally work together, officials in different departments work together to cross-hire family members. Thus everyone gets on board the gravy train for wages, full benefits, 401K matching, and nice retirement packages at taxpayer expense.
The payment of these retirement packages is a huge expense on my current city's budget. It certainly decreases the number of services that are paid for. My city hall even has a workout room with various machines for staff use. Certainly not open to the public.

Here's the thing about used 7 series like that.
They are actually pretty reliable, in terms of their drivetrain. Their swag is off the charts, too.
Problems crop up when you start to look closer. Expect all of the electronics to be broken.

broken

fun to push buttons on, also broken
shit like that. The other problem is repair and maintenance parts tend to be pretty expensive, so your cost of ownership is high.
If you want to make people think your life is 110% swag, get one and have it detailed to the nines, get some tasteful aftermarket rims, and NEVER LET ANYONE RIDE IN IT to realize how broken the rest of it is.

don't need it. Ford didn't need it. they just need to throw a bunch of money at the sport (which they aren't going to do because VAG and Toyota only the only ones even left trying to win Le mans because of how much it cost being more expensive than it has at any point in history)
GM had powerful prototypes that set endurance records that could've been entered in Le-mans back when it was cutting-edge with some tuning and preparations but they were so anti-motorsport as it was. the Corvette didn't even have a factory-backed racing program at Le-mans until the late 90s.

Car is pic related. The starter went out and I watched this video on youtube for how to replace it:

The only problem is i don't have a car jack or any way to get under the car (I know, i'm dumb, this is my very first car and the first problem i've had with it).
In the comments for the video the first few people mention being able to charge the starter from the top without using a lift to get under the car. I was able to remove my battery and i can see the starter but no feasible way to really get in there and remove both mounting bolts. Does anyone have a video showing how this is done or can they give any advice?

Jacks and stands are cheap. You would have maybe $50 invested in the most basic ones. They will work fine and allow you to do way more. A good investment. Same with tools. Cost up front, worth it overall.
As far as how to do it research. Keep on you tube and find a Tarus forum. Read a bunch. I know you can figure out how to get it out.
