>garage doesn't have power and is 50m from my house
>wife won't let me spend to get it power
>it's full to the brim of her shit so probably couldn't even use it if i wanted to
i seriously hate my wife, is it too much to ask for a garage or slab of concrete where i can work on my car. she owns the house but we're married ffs
Divorce her and take half the house.
Oh wait that only works when the woman does it.
Why did you even get married?
It has absolutely no tangible benefits for the man.
>>17418413
wait, if she divorces you, do you get half the house?
idk i need sleep
>she owns the house
>thinking you deserve any part of it
kekd pretty hard, thanks op

WHAT THE FUCK SERIOUSLY
FUCKING
JUST
Dammit. I feel like this is a good argument for everybodies first car to be a non-power steering, non-ABS, manual transmission car with no electrical amenities.
>dude I'm so stupid lmao
get your reddit shit out of here. saged.
>>17418431
>manual transmission
I'm glad your "standard shift" is almost dead.
I have to hand it to Porsche: whoever's in charge over there really knows what they're doing.
They've turned the 911 into a $100,000 luxobarge bordering on supercar status - a two ton goliath, with all the amenities: GPS, heated seats, leather-clad everything, power- everything. The car is a bloated super-tourer, too heavy to be a serious racer. All that extra, unnecessary weight and electronic faggotry, yet it still has the performance, heritage, and prestige that the new-rich who've dreamed about it all their lives are willing to lay down the cash for.
Their crossovers are selling like free blowjobs to stupid Americans who want to give their trophy wife an appropriately fitting trophy car. This is where Porsche is really making the money. Volume. Quantity of sales, rather than quality.
Yet, the Cayman is today's most underrated, genuine performance track car. Lightweight, basic, fast as fuck, knows how to corner (unlike burger Camaros and Covettes). The Cayman is THE drivers' car. An affordable, lightweight racer that rice fags will soon be able to afford as 3rd owners. Tunable, genuine.
Good for them. Keep making money, hand over fist. This is a smart car company who really has their finger on the pulse of the sportscar-lifestyle consumer.
aight
We knew that but aight
Then a 60k CLETUS mobile smokes it out the water and ruins everything they stand for
>>17418147
I mean, if you make the EXACT SAME CAR over and over and over and over.
You'll eventually make it less shitty.
Engines still in the wrong half tho
Why are Minivan drivers so bad /o/?

Would it be retarded to build a lowrider in the same colour as my crx?
My goal is to own a crx and have a matching lowrider I can park next to it.
>lowrider
Absolutely disgusting, OP.

How the fuck can you determine if a car is reliable if it's only been out for a year?
ITT, talk about your experiences, good or bad while learning to drive
here is mine
>driving down the street going five under because I really don't want to retake the drivers test
>some guy behind me in his SUV starts beeping furiously at me for no reason
>my instructor presses his brake pedal and stops the car completely
>he gets out of the car while the guy behind us is honking even more
>my instructor tried talking to the guy but he just kept honking the horn
>my instructor comes back and tells me to pull off to the next turn and let him pass
literally the worst experience of my life
But did the guy have his whole upper body leaning out of the window while he was screaming? I'm sorry if this caused you to

My worst drivers ed experience was when the other two chuckle fucks were "driving" I had to sit in the back seat of a PT Cruiser. I'm 6'2" tall. I don't fucking fit back there. When I was driving it was easy and smooth. Hit greens all the way, parked easy, even did a few laps at the airport and out to the lake and back. The instructor made the other two drivers go out 4 more times before he would pass them. I was the only one in the class that passed on the first drive. I'm my state they have a drivers ed program in high school if you pass you get a certificate you take to the DMV and you don't need any other testing. At least that's how it was 16 years ago when I did it. After seeing the other kids driving I hope they repealed this program.

honestly, I wasn't looking. I just wanted to be on my way and for everything to be over with.
What does /o/ think about a used Regal GS for a sporty and comfy DD for less than $15k?
If no; alternatives?
270hp 2 liter turbo ecotec, leather interior with decent interior, comes in 6 speed form, decent economy, and doesn't look too bad IMO.
Also they seem p.cheap and unknown for what they are.
Also, would it be acceptable to put a Grand National badge on it because turbo Regal?
>>17417158
Are those the ones that share platforms with the Cruze or with the Opels?
Help me /o/, watching the latest RCR vid where he talks about buying a childhood memory car, or a personal white whale car, I can't help but think of anything that isn't a super car.
I want to have a dream car but I can't remember any.
What's your down to earth dream car?
i think they look really cool
>>17417152
any car that holds their value pretty well and are fairly low production car can be a perfectly viable dream car
These things were 8 grand when I first started looking for cars but I was too poorfag. Now they're 20k.
What car would this be?
looks like a subaru wrx to me
Yeah probably about a 2007 Subaru WRX
Anyone have a better idea?
Is this still the best looking Aston Martin?
Hardly.

Which one wins, which one would you buy?
Viper ACR
>>17416964
GT3
I hate how porsche exteriors look but if I'm driving it then it's all good because the interior and driving feel is excellent
>>17416964
how old are you and what made you make this thread?
why does it matter to compare a R35 GTR to a Porsche GT3?
there are loads of people who can afford to buy both of these cars or all three and tell you to fuck off
Test drove one of these for the first time. It was great. I would really like to own one but I don't know what to expect. From what I gather, the car:
Requires essentially no maintenance besides tire replacement and very infrequent battery coolant changes (if these are even necessary?)
Will essentially be totaled with any structural damage due to aluminum framework.
Loses 5 percent of its advertised range in the first 30k miles, followed by 1% for every additional 30k.
So other than the high cost of repairs, and loss of range with use- is there anything else negative about the car I should know?
I have the chance to get a 2013 Performance 85. Are the earlier cars much different/worse than the newer ones in terms of quality and reliability?
You asked this already.
>>17416756
fastest car on the planet. so it's pretty great
>>17416756
>So other than these 2 very big issues is there any other negative issue
