Why is there a rest there? How do you rest and let a note ring out for 6 beats at the same time?
Why did so much good music come out of the Vietnam war, but not Iraq, Afghanistan or Syria?

Give it to to me straight /mu/.
Can I even be a successful musician if I don't do any drugs?
Mozart didn't do drugs. Beethoven didn't do drugs.
I think you're either bemoaning your lack of talent or trying to find an excuse for your drug use.
>>73488285
You need the technical talent first if you aren't a 10/10 rich chad
then go ahead and be a coked out mess fuck it
>>73488305
I had to check myself on that one, Beethoven actually drank a lot. My opinion still stands.

Personally I had a poor reaction to it because the vocals were annoying.

DNA (the instrumental) is one of my favorite tracks. I guess they wanted to be known for their look, and with that being the case, you kind of live by the sword and die by the sword. It's too bad too, because they were a fun band.
I think their demise was the loss of Paul Reynolds - who was actually a keen guitarist with a unique, soaring sound. He was too young and shy for rock and roll and burnt out quickly.
They went bald too fast, that's literally their only problem.
