I am in search of an upgrade in amplification.
My current amp is a Fender 25R Frontman and I hate it given the fact that frontmans are a go-to for rhythm guitarist.
My music inspirations in Green Day, Rage Against the Machine, Rise Against, and Misfits
If anyone can give me info on a good guitar amp that can accomplish the sounds of all of these bands I'd greatly appreciate.
Pedal info is also appreciated
>>74034214
I forgot Nirvana is also an inspiration
>Green Day, Rage Against the Machine, Rise Against, Misfits, Nirvana
A squire sounds right up your alley.

Why hasn't there been any good hip-hop in the year of 2017?
the one good hip hop album ever is endtroducing
>>74033427
Because hip hop is a shit genre
it comes out tomorrow, and so does he
>The formal perfection of their melodies reached the sublime in 1967 with two 45s: the baroque/electronic Penny Lane/Strawberry Fields Forever, released in February, an absolute masterpiece that never reached the top of the charts, the hard rocking Paperback Writer, and the childish Yellow Submarine, a mosaic full of sound gags and barroom choruses.
>Abbey Road (1969) is a vaudeville-style operetta that combines every genre in a steady stream of melodies and structurally perfect arrangements. It is the summa encyclopaedica of their career. It is a series of self-mocking vignettes, mimicking now the circus worker (Maxwell's Silver Hammer), now the crooner (Oh Darling, a parody a la Bonzo Band), now the baby-sitter (Octopus's Garden, in the silly vein of Yellow Submarine), culminating in the overwhelming suite of side B. Starting with the primitive exuberance of You Never Give Me Your Money (a mini rock opera worthy of early Zappa) and Mean Mr Mustard, the suite comes in thick and fast with Polytheme Pam and She Came In Thru The Bathroom Window, and dies melancholically with yet another goliardic chorus, Carry That Weight (that reprises the motifs of Money and I Want You). It is the apotheosis of the belated music hall entertainer in Paul McCartney. And it is, above all, a masterpiece of production, of sound, of sonic puzzles.
wtf I love The Beatles now

I've never used/been active on Reddit's music related subreddits so i don't really know what makes them shit, can anyone give me a quick rundown?
>>74032527
They aren't shit, that's just a meme. The meme being that mostly everybody on here browses reddit daily too, you just don't talk about it, because r3dd1t 1s for f4gs m4n!
Now I'm going to go enjoy my death sentence for explaining this to you, because y0ur n0t supp0sed t0 d0 th4t e1ther!!!1
>>74032527
>>74032562
Reddit is for finding links only, usually from a google search, but NOT for browsing. I can't speak for niche music subreddits, but if you browse /mu/, you have absolutely no excuse for browsing r/music. They have measurably dogshit taste in comparison and if you browse both you probably use r/music as a safe haven to harbor your shit taste.
Rule #10 isn't just doctrine, it's sound advice.
You can kill yourself now, >>74032562
imagine /mu/ except all the teens circlejerk their basic taste, instead of here where literally any taste gets made fun of
at least here when people post rare music it gets to live in the thread no matter what. on reddit if people don't know it, it disappears since nobody upvotes it
