Reminder that Joe Strummer was a middle-class art school yuppie who's father was a foreign diplomat and was almost 25 when he adopted the wardrobe of the local punk teens. Here's a picture of him in 1975 with his then band: The 100's. In 1976 he played a gig with the Sex Pistols, dibanded The 100's and started The Clash. This band would then go on to make multiple songs with very clear communistic undertones. So I hate to sound like such a cliche but "Phonies" such as Joe Strummer really did destroy punk rock and turn it into the whiny left wing shitfest it is now. That's bot to say I agree with the right but I do believe punk rock was rooted in nihilism and rage rather than politics.
Also a very big fuck you to the mods for deleting that other anons perfectly fine thread that discussed this issue.

man, I'm 130 IQ (literally top 10% IQ world population) but I can't enjoy white clasical music, is so fucking boring.
Where do classical music becomes good?
Do I need to learn music theory?
I've tried to learn about music theory, read some begginer books, but I just don't find appealing classical music.
yes, I do think is complex, but is so completelly lacking of emotion.
I just can't feel emotion over masturbating over some inverted 9th chord while passing off some key to some modal greek mode while doing counterpoint to some second or third melodic line that imitates some dead obscure baroque composer while your bass does all these cool rifts from jazz and arpeggios from folk music while you use some harmony from atonality.
sure, I guess is cool to masturbate to that, but is so sterile and lacking of emotion, compared to pop music and videogame NES and SNES soundtrack.

So, I just listened to Scum-Fuck Flower Boy, Tyler the Creator's new album.
TL;DR - It's his best album by far.
The production is just outstanding. You can tell Tyler has matured quite a bit since Bastard and Goblin. It legitimately feels like a AAA rap album rather than underground shit.
Best songs on the album IMO are I Ain't Got Time, See You Again, Who Dat Boy, Boredom, and 911/Mr. Lonely.
If you haven't listened to it yet, I highly recommend you do. Genuinely surprised at how phenomenal it is.
If you have listened to it, what are your thoughts?
