If you're talking about things that are already popular then there's only really horns and wings being erogenous zones and pones having sticky hooves. If you're wanting anything then personally I've always liked the idea of magic being a direct part of pony physiology. So if you drain a unicorn's magic or cut off their flow their horn tingles and feels like a trapped limb. An extreme case might put the horn at risk of dying on the inside. An earth might become sluggish in the same situation, or even eventually fall into a coma. On the flip side if there's too much magic, the unicorn's horn might grow rapidly and cast random magic, or the earth's coat grows in patches and their hooves stick to everything they touch.

One idea I've seen is that pony magic is manipulated through different bodyparts for the races. Horns, wings, and hooves for 'active' magic like spells, cloud punching, plant growing and so on.

I'd probably say they transfer magic in the body through their blood, so each race has larger blood vessels in the area they use it most. Would make head injuries worse for unicorns, or back injuries for pegasi.

Dimensional Shift has several endings that it that are possible, two of which the players can easily get to from where they are.
All of my other quests have no planned endings, which is most of the reason why I feel so overwhelmed running them, because I can't tell how much longer they're gonna go, so I don't know what I need to do.

If I'm not retarded, it was a random (get?) quest starring Twilight, who mastered the art of conjuring magic hands, and used them to bellyrub ponies into submission. She used that power to get the bestest sweets of Sugarcube Corner, including an experimental sweet that wasn't supposed to be made public.
The funny thing is that thanks to RNGesus, the only pony we didn't corrupt with hand magic was Lyra.
It died during thread 2, and it's a shame because it was pretty fun.

Give and Take is, but it's still very early. Then again the tone doesn't seem very romance-friendly.
Outcasts has relationships, but romance is clearly not the focus.
WitN has waifus but the MC is blissfully unaware of anything love related.
I didn't catch up on Space or Crystal Symphony, but I don't think they have any romance.
